Earlier today, personnel of Cabagan District Jail, under the leadership of JINSP Jane T. Dalupang, Acting Jail Warden, actively participated in the Lingkod Bayan Fun Run held at Cabagan Square Park, Cabagan, Isabela, in celebration of the 126th Philippine Civil Service Anniversary.

Anchored on this year’s theme, β€œStride as One, Serve the Nation,” the activity highlighted the spirit of unity, camaraderie, wellness, and commitment to public service among government employees.

The participation of Cabagan District Jail personnel underscores the Bureau’s commitment to promoting a healthy lifestyle, strengthening teamwork, and fostering a culture of dedicated and responsive public service.
Together, we stride as one and continue to serve with integrity, professionalism, and commitment to the Filipino people.

Furthermore, JO1 Jonel C. Bagunu was awarded a Certificate of Recognition for securing 1st Place in the 5-kilometer (5K) Run during the said event. Likewise, JO3 Billy Joe C. Mallillin secured 3rd Place, JO1 Roderick C. Gacias placed 4th, and JO2 Ogie L. Sinalliao placed 10th in the same category. Bilang bahagi ng pagdiriwang ng ika-35 Anibersaryo ng Bureau of Jail Management and Penology (BJMP), ang mga kawani ng Cabagan District Jail ay nakiisa sa pagsasagawa ng Simultaneous Clean-Up Drive ngayong araw ng Agosto 27, 2026, ganap na alas-7:00 ng umaga, bilang pakikiisa sa pagsusulong ng pagkakaisa, malasakit sa kapaligiran, at pagpapanatili ng kalinisan at kaayusan sa mga pasilidad ng BJMP sa buong rehiyon.

Sa pangunguna ni SJO4 EraΓ±o S. Tolentino, Acting Deputy Chief, isinagawa ng mga kawani ang masusing paglilinis sa harap at likurang bahagi ng piitan, bilang pagpapakita ng kanilang patuloy na dedikasyon sa pagpapanatili ng malinis, maayos, at ligtas na kapaligiran.

Ang nasabing aktibidad ay sumasalamin sa diwa ng pagkakaisa, disiplina, responsibilidad, at malasakit sa kapaligiran, na mahalagang bahagi ng paglilingkod sa bayan at pagpapanatili ng isang ligtas at maayos na correctional facility.

Sa paggunita ng 35 taon ng paglilingkod, patuloy na isinusulong ng BJMPRO II ang kultura ng malinis na kapaligiran, sama-samang pagkilos, at tapat na serbisyo para sa kapakanan ng lahat.

Bilang bahagi ng pagdiriwang ng 35th BJMP Anniversary, matagumpay na isinagawa ng Cabagan District Jail ang Medical and Dental Mission noong ika-26 ng Agosto 2026, na may temang β€œDisiplina at Responsibilidad sa Serbisyong may Kredibilidad.”

Sa pangunguna ni JSSUPT JULIET M. MIRANDA, TLPE, Pangalawang Pangrehiyong Direktor para sa Pangangasiwa, BJMP Regional Office 2, at sa pamumuno ni JINSP JANE T. DALUPANG, Acting Jail Warden ng Cabagan District Jail, katuwang ang mga kawani ng piitang ito, mga piling kawani ng BJMP Regional Office 2, at mga health professionals mula sa Milagros District Hospital (MDH) at Rural Health Unit (RHU), matagumpay na naihatid ang mga serbisyong medikal at dental para sa mga Taong Pansamantalang Pinagkaitan ng Kalayaan (TPK).

Kabilang sa mga naging katuwang sa naturang aktibidad sina SJO3 Mark Dominic Albano, Panrehiyong Dentista; mga piling kawani ng BJMP Regional Office 2; Dr. Sherylyne C. Tabije at Dr. Rosejane M. Magauay mula sa MDH; at iba pang tauhan ng RHU.

Sa kabuuan, 30 TPK ang nakinabang sa serbisyong medikal, habang 18 TPK naman ang nabigyan ng serbisyong dental. Ang naturang inisyatiba ay bahagi ng patuloy na pagsisikap ng BJMP na mapangalagaan ang kalusugan, kapakanan, at dignidad ng mga TPK habang nasa kustodiya ng pamahalaan.

Kasabay ng Medical and Dental Mission, nagsagawa rin si Jestoni Valoria mula sa RHU ng isang health awareness discussion hinggil sa Tuberculosis (TB), na tumalakay sa mga sanhi, sintomas, at wastong paraan ng pag-iwas sa sakit. Layunin ng talakayan na mapalawak ang kaalaman at kamalayan ng mga TPK hinggil sa pangangalaga sa kalusugan at pag-iwas sa mga nakahahawang sakit.

Sa pamamagitan ng ganitong mga programa, patuloy na isinasabuhay ng Cabagan District Jail ang diwa ng serbisyong may malasakit, disiplina, responsibilidad, at kredibilidad, tungo sa ligtas, malusog, at makataong pangangalaga sa mga Taong Pansamantalang Pinagkaitan ng Kalayaan (TPK).

Sa pamumuno ni JINSP JANE T. DALUPANG, Acting Jail Warden, nagsagawa ang Cabagan District Jail ng mga patimpalak sa Sabayang Pagbigkas at Pagkanta bilang bahagi ng paggunita sa Buwan ng Wika 2026, na may temang: β€œWikang Filipino at AI: Kasangkapan sa Pananaliksik at Tulay sa Yaman ng Impormasyon.”

Isinagawa ang mga naturang aktibidad noong ika-26 ng Agosto 2026, mula ika-9:20 ng umaga hanggang ika-11:00 ng umaga, na aktibong nilahukan ng limampung (50) na Taong Pansamantalang Pinagkaitan ng Kalayaan (TPK).

Layunin ng mga aktibidad na malinang at maipamalas ang talento, pagkamalikhain, at pagpapahalaga ng mga TPK sa Wikang Filipino, habang binibigyang-halaga ang wika bilang mahalagang kasangkapan sa pagkatuto, pananaliksik, komunikasyon, at pagpapalitan ng impormasyon sa makabagong panahon.

Sa pamamagitan ng mga gawaing pangkultura at pang-edukasyon, patuloy na isinusulong ng Cabagan District Jail ang makabuluhang pakikilahok ng mga TPK sa mga programang naglalayong mapaunlad ang kanilang kakayahan, tiwala sa sarili, at pagpapahalaga sa kulturang Pilipino.

BOODLE FIGHT OF PERSONNEL DURING RED ALERT STATUS

On July 27, 2026, as part of the observance of the Red Alert Status in connection with the 2026 State of the Nation Address (SONA), the personnel of Cabagan District Jail, under the leadership of JINSP JANE T DALUPANG, Acting Jail Warden, participated in a boodle fight to foster camaraderie, unity, and esprit de corps among personnel.

The activity served as an opportunity for personnel to strengthen teamwork and boost morale while remaining steadfast in their commitment to maintaining operational readiness and ensuring the safe, secure, and orderly management of the facility throughout the implementation of the Red Alert Status.

Together, the personnel of Cabagan District Jail remain united in service, committed to upholding professionalism, discipline, and excellence in the performance of their duties.

On July 27, 2026, in observance of the Red Alert Status in connection with the State of the Nation Address (SONA) 2026, Personnel of Cabagan District Jail, under the leadership of JINSP JANE T DALUPANG, Acting Jail Warden, participated in the Joint Monday Flag Raising Ceremony, held at LGU Cabagan grounds, together with other employees and officers from different government offices and Law Enforcement Agencies.

Further, the personnel and Persons Deprived of Liberty (PDLs) of this facility also conducted the traditional Monday Flag Ceremony in the jail facility hosted by Admin Section through the guidance of the Acting Warden.

In addition, a group value-focused discussion was also conducted during the flag raising ceremony, with the value focus of the week β€œIndustriousness” from Values Restoration Program Calendar Theme, discussed by SJO1 Roger B Maramag, Chief, PDL Records.

Earlier today, in line with the declaration of Red Alert Status in connection with the State of the Nation Address (SONA) 2026, under the leadership of JINSP Jane T. Dalupang, Acting Jail Warden of Cabagan District Jail, SJO4 Orlando Dante L. Chin, Provincial Executive Senior Jail Officer (PESJO), conducted a Rank Inspection, Accounting of Personnel, and Talk to Troops.

The activity aimed to ensure the availability, accountability, operational readiness, and proper turnout of all personnel while reinforcing discipline, professionalism, and commitment in the performance of their duties.

During the Talk to Troops, personnel were reminded to remain vigilant, maintain heightened awareness, and strictly observe all precautionary measures throughout the implementation of the Red Alert Status to ensure the safety and security of the facility, Personnel, Persons Deprived of Liberty (PDL) and the Public.

Nutrition Month Culminating Program and Nutri-Boodle Fight

On July 23, 2026, under the leadership of JINSP Jane T. Dalupang, Acting Warden of Cabagan District Jail, Personnel together with the Persons Deprived of Liberty (PDL), celebrated the culmination of Nutrition Month through a series of meaningful activities. The event highlighted the importance of healthy living, teamwork, and camaraderie while promoting wellness, unity, and active participation among everyone involved.

The celebration was made even more special through our "Nutri-Boodle Fight" , where CabDJ personnel and Persons Deprived of Liberty (PDL) gathered to share nutritious meals and strengthen the spirit of unity and community.

May this celebration remind us that good nutrition is the foundation of a healthier, stronger, and more productive life. Let us continue to promote healthy habits not only during Nutrition Month but every day.
