Earlier today, October 7, 2026, personnel of Cabagan District Jail, led by Acting Warden JINSP JANE T. DALUPANG, participated in a Tree Planting Activity at the unit’s adopted area in Malasi Sanctuary, San Antonio, Cabagan, Isabela, in observance of the 15th Community Relations Service (CRS) Month Celebration with the theme:

“Empowered Communicators, Engaged Public: Promoting Responsible Messaging in Jail Management.”

Under the guidance and supervision of the CENRO–Cabagan, the team successfully planted 100 Narra seedlings, contributing to the preservation and restoration of our environment.

The activity was also conducted in collaboration with the Local Government Unit (LGU) of Cabagan in celebration of National Cooperative Month and was joined by partner agencies and stakeholders from the Philippine National Police (PNP), Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP), CENRO–Cabagan, LGU–Cabagan, and various cooperatives in the Municipality of Cabagan.

Through collective action and strong community partnerships, we continue to nurture not only trees but also a shared commitment to environmental protection, community engagement, and a sustainable future for generations to come. 🌏💚

📢 CABAGAN DISTRICT JAIL KICKS OFF THE 15TH COMMUNITY RELATIONS SERVICE (CRS) MONTH CELEBRATION

On October 5, 2026, personnel of Cabagan District Jail, led by the JINSP JANE T DALUPANG, Acting Warden, conducted the installation and hanging of the official Community Relations Service (CRS) Month tarpaulin at the façade of the facility, marking the start of the 15th Community Relations Service (CRS) Month Celebration.

With this year’s theme, “Empowered Communicators, Engaged Public: Promoting Responsible Messaging in Jail Management,” the celebration highlights the vital role of responsible communication, meaningful public engagement, and strengthened partnerships in promoting effective jail management and fostering public trust.

During the flag-raising ceremony, JO2 Krissil Kate F. Dayag, CRS Officer, delivered the 15th CRS Month Kick-off Message, emphasizing the importance of clear, accurate, and responsible communication in building stronger relationships between the jail facility and the community.

Following the message, the Acting Warden formally opened the 15th CRS Month Celebration and presented the lined-up activities for the month-long observance.

Together, let us strengthen communication, build meaningful partnerships, and promote a more informed and engaged community in support of safe, humane, and progressive jail management.

𝐈𝐍 𝐏𝐇𝐎𝐓𝐎𝐒 | SIMULTANEOUS COASTAL CLEAN-UP ACTIVITY

Earlier today, personnel of Cabagan District Jail, headed by SJO4 Eraño S. Tolentino, Assistant Jail Warden together with the staff of CENRO Cabagan, led by For. Nelson T. Acob, CENR Officer, Brgy. Officials and Workers of Brgy. Calamagui, San Pablo, Isabela joined the Simultaneous Coastal Clean-up Activity along Pinacanauan River, Brgy. Calamagui, San Pablo, Isabela, in observance of the International Coastal Cleanup (ICC).

Through this meaningful bayanihan, our personnel joined hands with partner agencies to help keep our waterways clean, protect the environment, and promote a healthier and safer community.

Earlier today, personnel of Cabagan District Jail, under the leadership of JINSP Jane T. Dalupang, Acting Jail Warden, actively participated in the Lingkod Bayan Fun Run held at Cabagan Square Park, Cabagan, Isabela, in celebration of the 126th Philippine Civil Service Anniversary.

Anchored on this year’s theme, “Stride as One, Serve the Nation,” the activity highlighted the spirit of unity, camaraderie, wellness, and commitment to public service among government employees.

The participation of Cabagan District Jail personnel underscores the Bureau’s commitment to promoting a healthy lifestyle, strengthening teamwork, and fostering a culture of dedicated and responsive public service.
Together, we stride as one and continue to serve with integrity, professionalism, and commitment to the Filipino people.

Furthermore, JO1 Jonel C. Bagunu was awarded a Certificate of Recognition for securing 1st Place in the 5-kilometer (5K) Run during the said event. Likewise, JO3 Billy Joe C. Mallillin secured 3rd Place, JO1 Roderick C. Gacias placed 4th, and JO2 Ogie L. Sinalliao placed 10th in the same category. Their outstanding performance exemplifies the personnel’s dedication, discipline, and commitment to promoting physical fitness, camaraderie, and excellence in public service.
