Taos-pusong nagpapasalamat ang LTO Cabagan Extension Office sa lahat ng ating mga kababayan sa Bayan ng Sta. Maria, Isabela na nakiisa at sumuporta sa ating Mobile Licensing & Registration Program.

Ang tagumpay ng gawaing ito ay hindi magiging posible kung wala ang buong suporta ng LGU Sta. Maria sa pamumuno ng ating mga lokal na opisyal, pati na rin ang ating mga kapulisan (PNP Sta. Maria) na nagpanatili ng kaayusan at kaligtasan sa kabuuan ng aktibidad.

Makakaasa po kayo na ang LTO Cabagan ay patuloy na maglalapit ng mabilis, maayos, at tapat na serbisyo para sa bawat mamamayan!

The Land Transportation Office (LTO) Region 02 informs the public that, pursuant to Memorandum Circular No. MVL-2026-5048 dated April 15, 2026, the validity of Driver's Licenses (DL) and Motor Vehicle (MV) Registrations expiring in April, May, and June 2026 has been extended until July 31, 2026.

Motorists whose driver's licenses and vehicle registrations fall within the covered period are encouraged to avail of this extension and complete their renewal on or before July 31, 2026.

While the extension provides additional time, we encourage everyone to renew early to avoid long queues and ensure a smooth and hassle-free transaction.

For inquiries and assistance, you may visit the nearest LTO Region 02 District Office, Extension Office, or Licensing Center.

Renew on time. Avoid surcharges, penalties, and fines.
