𝗦𝗘𝗣𝗧𝗘𝗠𝗕𝗘𝗥 𝗛𝗜𝗚𝗛𝗟𝗜𝗚𝗛𝗧𝗦 🥰

-This month, naging bahagi tayo ng iba’t ibang trainings, workshops, at capacity-building activities, kabilang ang Child Rights and Online Safety Training, ARTA Workshop, at iba pang mga programa para sa patuloy na pagpapalakas ng mga serbisyo ng ating lungsod.

-Naging busy rin tayo sa mga meeting at coordination kasama ang DA, DTI, DPWH, SM, CDF, Local Health Board, at iba’t ibang opisina at organisasyon para sa mga proyekto ng Cabanatuan.
-Kasama sa mga oath-taking, awarding, inauguration, turnover, at community activities, kabilang ang Mass Oath-Taking cm Parents Congress, Rice Processing System Turnover, City Employees Day, at iba pa.

-At siyempre, hindi mawawala ang ating Civil Weddings! Marami tayong naging wedding ceremonies (halos araw-araw) ngayong buwan sa Conference Room, Training Center, Luzviminda, Tumana Villas, at iba pang venues.

-Naging bahagi rin tayo ng 2nd Regional Conference, benchmarking activity sa Ilocos Sur, PWD Federation Meeting, PESO Managers and Staff Meeting, at iba pang mahahalagang aktibidad.

Another busy month of meetings, activities, and service para sa ating mga minamahal na Cabanatueños.

Ang bawat batang Cabanatueño ay may karapatang matuto sa ligtas, maayos, at komportableng paaralan. Kaya patuloy ang LGU Cabanatuan sa pagpapatayo ng mga pasilidad na makatutulong sa mas magandang learning environment para sa ating mga mag-aaral.

Ang 𝗙𝘂𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗮 𝗱𝗲 𝗖𝗮𝗯𝗮𝗻𝗮𝘁𝘂𝗮𝗻 ay isang proyekto ng Pamahalaang Lungsod na nagbibigay ng LIBRE, MAAYOS, AT MARANGAL NA FUNERAL SERVICES para sa mga pumanaw na residente ng Lungsod ng Cabanatuan.

Sa pamamagitan ng maayos, maasikaso, at makataong serbisyo—mula sa pagsundo, pag-aayos, hanggang sa maayos na paghatid sa huling hantungan—ang Funeraria de Cabanatuan ay nananatiling katuwang ng komunidad sa paggunita at pagbibigay-galang sa mga yumaong mahal sa buhay.

Ang kanilang tanggapan na matatagpuan sa 𝗣𝘂𝗿𝗼𝗸 𝟭, 𝗕𝗿𝗴𝘆. 𝗦𝗮𝗻 𝗜𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗿𝗼, 𝗖𝗮𝗯𝗮𝗻𝗮𝘁𝘂𝗮𝗻 𝗖𝗶𝘁𝘆, ay 𝗯𝘂𝗸𝗮𝘀 𝟮𝟰 𝗼𝗿𝗮𝘀 𝗮𝗿𝗮𝘄-𝗮𝗿𝗮𝘄, upang maglingkod sa publiko.

Alinsunod sa Memorandum Circular No. 132 na inilabas ng Office of the President, inaatasan ang mga tanggapan ng pamahalaan na magpatupad ng alternative work arrangements ngayong araw— Agosto 28, 2026.

Samantala, mananatiling bukas ang Pamahalaang Lungsod ng Cabanatuan at magpapatupad ng skeletal workforce arrangement sa buong araw.

Ang mga ahensyang nangunguna sa paghahatid ng mga pangunahing serbisyo, serbisyong pangkalusugan, paghahanda at pagtugon sa sakuna, at iba pang mahahalagang serbisyo ay magpapatuloy sa kanilang operasyon upang matiyak ang tuloy-tuloy na paghahatid ng kinakailangang serbisyo sa publiko.

Alinsunod sa Memorandum Circular No. 131 na inilabas ng Office of the President, inaatasan ang mga tanggapan ng pamahalaan na magpatupad ng alternative work arrangements bukas— Agosto 20, 2026.

Samantala, mananatiling bukas ang Pamahalaang Lungsod ng Cabanatuan at magpapatupad ng skeletal workforce arrangement sa buong araw.

Ipatutupad rin ang paglilipat o shift sa alternative learning modes para sa mga klase sa lahat ng antas sa mga pampubliko at pribadong paaralan.

Ang mga ahensyang nangunguna sa paghahatid ng mga pangunahing serbisyo, serbisyong pangkalusugan, paghahanda at pagtugon sa sakuna, at iba pang mahahalagang serbisyo ay magpapatuloy sa kanilang operasyon upang matiyak ang tuloy-tuloy na paghahatid ng kinakailangang serbisyo sa publiko.

Pursuant to Memorandum Circular No. 131, government offices are directed to implement appropriate alternative work arrangements in the National Capital Region and the following provinces on August 20, 2026:

Agencies involved in the delivery of basic and health services, disaster preparedness and response, and other vital services shall continue their operations and render the necessary services.

Contract of Service (COS) and Job Order (JO) workers placed under alternative work arrangements shall be paid their corresponding wages or salaries, subject to applicable rules and regulations.

The suspension of work or adoption of alternative work arrangements in the private sector shall be left to the discretion of management.
