Alinsunod sa Memorandum Circular No. 132 na inilabas ng Office of the President, inaatasan ang mga tanggapan ng pamahalaan na magpatupad ng alternative work arrangements ngayong arawโ Agosto 28, 2026.
Samantala, mananatiling bukas ang Pamahalaang Lungsod ng Cabanatuan at magpapatupad ng skeletal workforce arrangement sa buong araw.
Ang mga ahensyang nangunguna sa paghahatid ng mga pangunahing serbisyo, serbisyong pangkalusugan, paghahanda at pagtugon sa sakuna, at iba pang mahahalagang serbisyo ay magpapatuloy sa kanilang operasyon upang matiyak ang tuloy-tuloy na paghahatid ng kinakailangang serbisyo sa publiko.

Pursuant to Memorandum Circular No. 132, work in government offices and classes at all levels in public and private schools shall be suspended in the National Capital Region and the following provinces at 1:00 p.m. on August 28, 2026, in anticipation of the further enhancement of the Southwest Monsoon (Habagat) by the Low-Pressure Area (LPA) that entered the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR):

๐ Bulacan
๐ Nueva Ecija
๐ Pampanga

๐ Rizal
๐ Oriental Mindoro
๐ Occidental Mindoro
Agencies involved in the delivery of basic and health services, disaster preparedness and response, and other vital services shall continue their operations and render the necessary services.
The suspension of work or adoption of alternative work arrangements in the private sector shall be left to the discretion of management.
