has further weakened but remains under the Typhoon category, with maximum sustained winds of up to 155 km/h and gustiness estimated at 190 km/h. The center of the typhoon was last spotted at 740 km East of Calayan, Cagayan, moving Northwestward at a speed of 10 km/h.
Tropical Cyclone Wind Signal (TCWS) No. 2 remains hoisted over the Batanes group of islands, some parts of the Babuyan, and northeastern portions of mainland Cagayan.
TCWS No. 1 also remains hoisted over the rest of Cagayan, the rest of the Babuyan Islands, Isabela, the northern portion of Quirino, Apayao, the northern portion of Abra, Kalinga, the eastern portion of Mountain Province, the eastern portion of Ifugao, Ilocos Norte, the northern portion of Aurora (Dilasag, Casiguran), and northern and central Catanduanes.
Typhoon still has no direct effect on Central Luzon. However, everyone is advised to remain alert and keep monitoring the weather situation.
