JRTF-ELCAC 3 Operation Yields Key Surrender and Firearm Recovery in Tarlac

TARLAC CITY, TARLAC — In line with the Whole-of-Nation Approach under Executive Order No. 70, combined security forces successfully facilitated the withdrawal of support and surrender of a former organizer for the Alyansa ng mga Manggagawang Bukid ng Asyenda Luisita (AMBALA) on September 5, 2026.

The joint, intelligence-driven operation was led by the Tarlac 1st Provincial Mobile Force Company (1st PMFC), alongside the Tarlac City Police Station, Provincial Intelligence Unit (PIU), RIU3 PIT-Tarlac, PIDMU Tarlac PPO, and DMFB SPD NCRPO. During the operation, the former recruiter also turned over an unregistered homemade shotgun.

"This success reflects the strong collaboration within Joint Regional Task Force 3 (JRTF3) and our police force's steadfast commitment to bringing former rebels back into the fold of the law," said Police Brigadier General Jess B. Mendez, Regional Director of Police Regional Office 3 (PRO 3) and Chairperson of the RTF-ELCAC 3 Technical Working Group. "Under our active local engagement and strategic peace initiatives, the campaign for lasting peace in Central Luzon continues to gain momentum."

PRO 3 and JRTF 3 remain dedicated to protecting local communities and sustaining regional peace efforts.

6 BUSTED IN NEPPO’S DRUG STING, SHABU SEIZED

CAMP GEN. MARIANO N. LLANERA, CABANATUAN CITY, NUEVA ECIJA. In its continuing campaign against illegal drugs in the province, Nueva Ecija Police Provincial Office (NEPPO) has arrested six (6) drug peddlers and seized shabu in separate operations conducted yesterday and early this morning, September 4, 2026.

The arrested suspects were a 38-year-old married male from Lupao, a 40-year-old single male from San Leonardo, a 40-year-old single male from Jaen, a 31-year-old single male from Bongabon, and two single males aged 21 and 24 from San Isidro.

Police seized a total of 3.85grms of shabu, with DDB value of Php26,180.00 from them during separate buy-bust operations.
Criminal complaints for violations of Sections 5 and 11, Article II of R.A. 9165 (Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002) are being prepared against the arrested individuals.

NEPPO’S DRUG OPS NET 9 SUSPECTS; PHP143K WORTH OF ILLEGAL DRUGS SEIZED

CAMP GEN. MARIANO N. LLANERA, CABANATUAN CITY, NUEVA ECIJA. Nueva Ecija Police Provincial Office (NEPPO) arrested nine (9) drug peddlers and seized PHP143,858.00 worth of shabu and ma*****na during anti-illegal drug operations in the province yesterday and early morning today, September 2, 2026.

Personnel of Cabiao MPS and Rizal MPS arrested two (2) suspects each, while separate anti-illegal drug buy-bust operations conducted by San Jose CPS, Sta. Rosa MPS, Cabanatuan CPS, Gapan CPS, and San Antonio MPS resulted in the arrest of one (1) suspect each.

Seized during the operations were 4grms of Cannabis sativa extracts and 21.62grms of dried ma*****na leaves, with a combined DDB value of PHP11,394.00, as well as 19.48grms of shabu with a DDB value of PHP132,464.00, for a total combined DDB value of PHP143,858.00.

Criminal complaints for violations of Sections 5 and 11, Article II of R.A. 9165 (Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002) are being prepared against the arrested individuals.

“We will continue to work closely with our partners across Nueva Ecija to prevent the harmful effects of illegal drugs and enforce the law fairly and consistently,” said PCOL RITCHIE R CLARAVALL, Provincial Director.

Malolos City, Bulacan— In line with the Whole-of-Nation Approach under Executive Order No. 70 (NTF-ELCAC), personnel of Bulacan 1st Provincial Mobile Force Company (lead unit) successfully executed an intelligence-driven operation on September 3, 2026. The operation yielded significant gains for regional peace initiatives and facilitated the voluntary surrender of one (1) former member of Rebolusyonaryong Hukbong Bayan (RHB), operating in the coastal areas of Bulacan, Pampanga, Bataan, and Zambales, who later surrendered one (1) unlicensed firearm in his possession.

Under the decisive leadership of PBGEN JESS B MENDEZ, Regional Director, PRO 3, and Chairperson of the RTF-ELCAC 3 TWG, the campaign for lasting peace in Central Luzon continues to gain momentum.

Orani, Bataan— In line with the Whole-of-Nation Approach under Executive Order No. 70 (NTF-ELCAC), personnel of Bataan 1st Provincial Mobile Force Company (lead unit) with the Bataan PIT, RIU 3 (Intel Packet), Bataan 2nd PMFC, Bataan PIU, 302nd Maneuver Company (RMFB3), Naval Intelligence Security Group-Northern Luzon (NISG-NL), RID3, 69IB, 72MICO, NICA 3, and 7MIB of the Philippine Army, conducted an intelligence operation at Brgy. Central, Balanga City, Bataan (Supporting Units) successfully executed an intelligence-driven operation on September 2, 2026. The operation yielded significant gains for regional peace initiatives and facilitated the Withdrawal Support of three (3) former members of Alyansa ng mga Magbubukid sa Gitnang Luzon (AMGL), and later surrendered one (1) Improvised Shotgun.
