Vice Governor Julius Caesar S. Vaquilar , PPSK President Hydie Mae R. Diaz and Liga ng mga Barangay President Romel G. Torres, together with all the Punong Barangay of the Province of Quirino, attended the Liga ng mga Barangay sa Pilipinas 2026 National Congress held at the World Trade Center, Pasay City on May 27-29, 2026.
