We proudly celebrate the recognition of our Local Committee on Anti-Trafficking and Violence Against Women and Their Children (LCAT-VAWC) for achieving a remarkable 108% HIGHLY FUNCTIONAL rating for CY 2025! 🎉

This achievement reflects the unwavering commitment, dedication, and collaborative efforts of our local officials, partner agencies, stakeholders, and the entire community in promoting the welfare, protection, and rights of women and children.

🌿 Celebrating Partnership for Inclusion 🌿

We proudly extend our heartfelt congratulations to our President and Program Directress, Jean V. Olay, OTRP, LPT, for establishing a meaningful partnership with the Municipal Social Welfare and Development Office (MSWD) of Cabarroguis.

This collaboration marks the beginning of a joint program dedicated to providing:
✔️ Comprehensive Assessment
✔️ Occupational Therapy Services
✔️ Special Needs Education (SNED) Program

for children with special needs in the community.

Through the leadership foresight and strong support of Hon. Avelino N. Agustin Jr., Municipal Mayor, and Geraldine Ramos-Pugong, RSW, Municipal Social Welfare and Development Officer.

✨ This joint program opens doors to inclusion—creating access to essential services that empower children with special needs to become well-adjusted, functional, and contributing members of society.

(Except Purok 1,2,3,4,5&7 of Mangandingay)
✅Entire Municipality of DIFFUN
(Except Barangay Bannawag Sur)
