“𝘗𝘳𝘰𝘮𝘰𝘵𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘑𝘶𝘴𝘵𝘪𝘤𝘦, 𝘙𝘦𝘴𝘱𝘦𝘤𝘵, 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘞𝘦𝘭𝘭-𝘉𝘦𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘈𝘮𝘰𝘯𝘨 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘠𝘰𝘶𝘵𝘩”

The Sangguniang Kabataan of Barangay Dibibi successfully conducted YOUTH TALKS 2.0 on July 11, 2026, at the Dibibi Integrated School Gymnasium, Dibibi, Cabarroguis, Quirino. A meaningful gathering dedicated to empowering young people with knowledge, awareness, and a deeper understanding of justice, respect, and well-being.

The Cabarroguis Police Station, headed by PMAJ Joel P. Guinobang discussed important topics on 𝗝𝘂𝘃𝗲𝗻𝗶𝗹𝗲 𝗝𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗲 and the 𝗔𝗻𝘁𝗶-𝗕𝘂𝗹𝗹𝘆𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗔𝗰𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝟮𝟬𝟭𝟯 (𝗥𝗲𝗽𝘂𝗯𝗹𝗶𝗰 𝗔𝗰𝘁 𝗡𝗼. 𝟭𝟬𝟲𝟮𝟳). Their discussion helped the youth better understand their rights and responsibilities and the importance of fostering a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for everyone.

Meanwhile, Doc Jennifer O. Serrano, Guidance Counselor of Quirino State University – Cabarroguis Campus, shared valuable insights on 𝗠𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗵 𝗔𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀, emphasizing the importance of understanding our emotions, seeking support when needed, and creating spaces where young people can feel heard, respected, and supported.

We are also grateful for the presence and support of our local leaders, Hon. Whitney K. Dongiahon, Punong Barangay, Hon. Chanlee D. Binlayan, Barangay Councilor, and Hon. Quirino P. Furoc, Barangay IPMR. Your presence and support truly mean a lot to our youth.

Also to Dibibi Integrated School, headed by School Principal Emmanuel Rex Azarcon, for generously allowing us to use the school gymnasium as the venue for this activity. Your support helped make this event possible.

And, of course, our sincerest thanks to all the youth who attended and actively participated. This activity was for you, and your participation made it all worthwhile.

The Sangguniang Kabataan together with the Barangay Officials of Barangay Dibibi, warmly welcomed 𝗣𝗼𝗹𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗟𝗶𝗲𝘂𝘁𝗲𝗻𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝗚𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗿𝗱 𝗕𝗶𝗻𝗹𝗮𝘆𝗮𝗻 𝗕𝗮𝗹𝘂𝗰𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴 during his courtesy visit to Barangay Dibibi on June 20, 2026.

A proud resident of Purok 2, Dibibi, Cabarroguis, Quirino, PLT Balucanag is a member of the 𝗣𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗽𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗡𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗣𝗼𝗹𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗔𝗰𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗺𝘆 (𝗣𝗡𝗣𝗔) 𝗦𝗶𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗴-𝗣𝗮𝗴𝗹𝗮𝗼𝗺 𝗖𝗹𝗮𝘀𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲. His visit served as an inspiration to the youth of Dibibi, reminding them that through hard work, discipline, and perseverance, they too can achieve their dreams and serve their community with integrity.

𝗦𝗔𝗟𝗧𝗘𝗗-𝗘𝗚𝗚 𝗠𝗔𝗞𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗧𝗥𝗔𝗜𝗡𝗜𝗡𝗚-𝗪𝗢𝗥𝗞𝗦𝗛𝗢𝗣

Empowering the youth through skills development! 🥚✨

On May 13–14, 2026, selected youths from various barangays of the Municipality of Cabarroguis participated in the Salted-Egg Making Training-Workshop held at the LDRRMO Hall, Zamora, Cabarroguis, Quirino.

The activity was spearheaded by the Municipal Youth Development Office (MYDO) under the leadership of ma'am Karen Mae M. Paras, YDO III, in partnership with the Municipal Public Employment Service Office (MPESO) headed by ma’am Hilda Gamet. The training aimed to equip young people with practical livelihood skills that can serve as an additional source of income and promote entrepreneurship among the youth.

Among the participants were KK Members from Purok 9, Dibibi, namely Jaziel Copian and Shara May Castro, together with SK Treasurer, Nellian Simon. Also present in support of the activity was PPSK President, Hon. Ivy O. Inhumang.

The Sangguniang Kabataan of Dibibi extends its gratitude to the Municipal Youth Development Office (MYDO), the Municipal Public Employment Service Office (MPESO), and to the Municipal Government of Cabarroguis for continuously providing meaningful opportunities that empower and inspire the youth.

Special thanks and appreciation are likewise extended to Municipal Mayor Hon. Avelino N. Agustin, Jr. for his continuous support to youth development initiatives and for championing programs that enhance the skills, capacities, and livelihood opportunities of the young people of Cabarroguis.

Together, let us continue to empower the youth towards becoming productive, responsible, and self-reliant members of our community.

In support of Brigada Eskwela 2026, the Sangguniang Kabataan of Dibibi donated cleaning materials to the four schools of the barangay on June 5, 2026: 𝗗𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗯𝗶 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗴𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗹, 𝗣𝗼𝘁𝗶𝗮 𝗘𝗹𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗹, 𝗟𝗼𝗮𝗰𝗮𝗻 𝗘𝗹𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗹, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗨𝗽𝗽𝗲𝗿 𝗗𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗯𝗶 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗴𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗹.

This initiative aims to assist the schools in preparing a clean, safe, and conducive learning environment for the opening of classes. A portion of the cleaning materials was also set aside for use in clean-up drive initiatives of SK Dibibi, ensuring continued support for community and environmental activities.

The SK Dibibi remains committed to promoting volunteerism, community participation, and educational support through meaningful programs and partnerships.
