Cabarroguis, Quirino - The Department of Agrarian Reform (DAR) Regional Office No. 02 recognized its exemplary partners and implementers for their outstanding commitment and valuable contributions to the strengthening and development of Agrarian Reform Beneficiary Organizations (ARBOs) during the ARBO Caravan 2026, held on September 1-2, 2026, at Japi Travellerโs Hotel and Restaurant, Cauayan City, Isabela.โฃ

Among those recognized was the Social Infrastructure Building (SIB) Team of Quirino, which received a Certificate of Recognition for its exceptional commitment, dedicated service, and invaluable assistance to Development Facilitators (DFs) and ARBOs. The team was recognized for its significant role in facilitating the successful registration of agrarian reform cooperatives in Region II, contributing to the establishment of stronger, more sustainable, and empowered communities.โฃ

The recognition was also extended to the Development Facilitators (DFs) who have played a vital role in guiding ARBOs and assisting them in organizational development and registration. Recognized as exemplary partners were Engr. Jimson D. Reyes, Paul Michael A. Ofeciar, Engr. Ronniel C. Calimlim, Honorex A. de Vera, Jr., and April Ann C. Marquez.โฃ

Also honored was SIB Focal Goldwin Jerr M. Resurreccion for his valuable contribution and dedicated efforts in supporting the implementation of SIB initiatives and facilitating assistance to ARBOs and development facilitators.โฃ

The Municipal Agrarian Reform Office (MARO) of Quirino likewise received recognition for its unwavering support and dedicated service in facilitating the successful registration of ARBOs. Representing the MARO were MARPO Francisco T. Tugatog, MARPO Johna A. Urata, and MARPO Criseta D. Valdez, whose efforts contributed to strengthening farmer organizations and enabling them to access programs, services, and opportunities under the agrarian reform program.โฃ

These awards highlight the crucial role of development facilitators, SIB personnel, and municipal agrarian reform offices in helping ARBOs become more organized, capable, and sustainable.
