From what was once discarded came a story that chose to bloom.

With hearts united and hands working as one, District II proudly celebrates 𝗞𝗵𝗮𝗰𝘆 𝗗𝗶𝗮𝗻𝗻𝗲 𝗙. 𝗕𝗮𝗶𝘀 for being awarded as 𝟭𝘀𝘁 𝗥𝘂𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗿-𝗨𝗽 in the 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝘀𝗵 𝘁𝗼 𝗧𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘀𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗲𝘁𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻. Through "𝐍𝐚𝐠𝐚𝐩𝐚𝐦𝐮𝐥𝐚𝐤," she embodied the powerful message that beauty can emerge from what others leave behind, while 𝙘𝙝𝙖𝙢𝙥𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙝𝙚𝙧 𝙖𝙙𝙫𝙤𝙘𝙖𝙘𝙮 𝙛𝙤𝙧 𝙨𝙪𝙨𝙩𝙖𝙞𝙣𝙖𝙗𝙡𝙚 𝙛𝙖𝙨𝙝𝙞𝙤𝙣.

Every recycled material woven into the masterpiece became a symbol of hope, transformation, and the promise that even waste can flourish with purpose when guided by creativity and compassion.

For almost two weeks, the people of District II came together with one shared mission—to care for our environment. Barangays joined forces to collect discarded materials and transform them into a breathtaking creation that reflects not only artistic excellence but also our collective commitment to sustainability.

More than a competition piece, "Nagapamulak" stands as a blooming reminder that when a community works together, even the simplest things can blossom into something extraordinary.

This achievement would not have been possible without the unwavering support of the Sangguniang Kabataan Council of District II, whose dedication and encouragement helped bring this vision to life.

The Sangguniang Kabataan of Barangay Gines Patag extends its sincerest gratitude to Mr. Lizardo M. Grantoza, the dedicated teaching staff, and the pupils of Martin Cubil Elementary School for their warm welcome and support during the successful implementation of Project EduKit.

We are truly grateful for the opportunity to distribute school supplies to more than 200 pupil-beneficiaries, helping ensure that our young learners are equipped and ready for the upcoming school year. Seeing the smiles and excitement of the children made this initiative even more meaningful and rewarding.

To Principal Grantoza and the teachers, thank you for your invaluable assistance, coordination, and commitment to the welfare of your learners. Your support played a vital role in the success of this activity.

The Sangguniang Kabataan of Barangay Gines Patag would like to inform all interested college students that due to budget limitations, the Educational Assistance Program for College Students will accommodate only twenty (20) beneficiaries for this year, consistent with the number of slots provided in previous years.

Please be advised that all submitted applications will undergo evaluation and screening. Selection of beneficiaries will be based on the established criteria and the availability of funds.

To ensure that the assistance reaches those who need it most, priority will be given to indigent residents of Barangay Gines Patag who meet the program requirements.

We encourage all applicants to submit complete and accurate requirements within the designated period. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we strive to provide fair and transparent assistance to our youth.
