"𝐒𝐨𝐦𝐞 𝐭𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐬 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐧𝐨𝐭 𝐛𝐨𝐫𝐧 𝐟𝐫𝐨𝐦 𝐩𝐚𝐢𝐧, 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐲 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐞 𝐟𝐫𝐨𝐦 𝐟𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐲 𝐟𝐞𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐬𝐞𝐞𝐧 𝐚𝐟𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐛𝐞𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐠𝐨𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐧 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐬𝐨 𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐲 𝐲𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐬." 💙
For decades, they lived without the document that officially recognized their existence. Age had weakened their bodies, poverty had limited their choices, and leaving their homes was no longer possible. Through our 𝐑𝐞𝐡𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐨 𝐌𝐨, 𝐈𝐝𝐮𝐨𝐥 𝐊𝐨 program, we had the privilege of bringing civil registration services directly to five (5) recipients in Brgy. Esperanza, 𝐭𝐡𝐫𝐞𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐰𝐡𝐨𝐦 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐛𝐞𝐝𝐫𝐢𝐝𝐝𝐞𝐧 and unable to leave their homes. Despite the years of waiting, they never lost hope that one day, someone would come, not just to process papers, but to remind them that their lives matter.
As we carefully processed their birth registration, tears quietly fell, not from sadness, but from relief, gratitude, and the joy of finally being seen and recognized. In that moment, we were reminded that public service is more than completing documents. It is about restoring dignity, bringing hope, and reaching those who need us most, one home, one life, and one heart at a time
This meaningful outreach was led by our dedicated Municipal Civil Registrar, Ma'am Rosalie Costibolo Raquil-Agang , together with Registration Officers Nikko Delda Amistoso , Kenneth Andrey Ticoy , PSA Representative Ma'am Mailyn Lamayo , and the committed Barangay Health Workers of Brgy. Esperanza. Through compassion, teamwork, and genuine service, we continue to ensure that every life is recognized and every person is given the opportunity to claim their rightful identity.
Their tears of gratitude remind us why we serve. These moments strengthen our commitment to bring civil registration services closer to every Filipino, especially those who cannot come to us. Through 𝐑𝐞𝐡𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐨 𝐌𝐨, 𝐈𝐝𝐮𝐨𝐥 𝐊𝐨, we will continue reaching homes, touching lives, and ensuring that no one is too far to be seen, valued, and recognized.
