On 𝗔𝘂𝗴𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝟭𝟮, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲, Land Bank of the Philippines (LBP) 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗱 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗕𝗶𝗰𝗼𝗹 𝗕𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗵𝗲𝘀 𝗚𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗽 𝗩𝗣 𝗥𝗲𝘆𝗻𝗮𝗹𝗱𝗼 𝗠𝗶𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗲𝗹 𝗥. 𝗕𝗶𝗲𝗻 led the ceremonial turnover of BRGHGMC's Government Purchase Card (GPC).

Also present during the occasion are LBP-Sipocot Branch Department Manager Ms. Aisha Rhea B. Catolico and Ms. Kaye Yvonne Broqueza, who assisted the card distribution.

The Government Purchase Card (GPC) serves as an alternative mode of payment for the procurement of eligible goods and services within the prescribed Program Code or Privilege Type categories, through the use of an electronic payment card.

Hundreds of employees from across the different divisions of Bicol Region General Hospital and Geriatric Medical Center (BRGHGMC) came together for a morning of fitness, camaraderie, and environmental awareness through the 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 𝗡𝘂𝘁𝗿𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗠𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗵 𝗙𝘂𝗻 𝗥𝘂𝗻 𝗣𝗮𝗿𝗮 𝘀𝗮 𝗞𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗸𝗮𝘀𝗮𝗻 last July 28, 2026.

The event was organized by the 𝗡𝘂𝘁𝗿𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗗𝗶𝗲𝘁𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗰𝘀 𝗗𝗲𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁, in collaboration with the Public Health Unit and other contributing hospital sections, as part of the celebration of 𝗡𝘂𝘁𝗿𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗠𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗵 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 with the sub-theme: “𝙉𝙪𝙩𝙧𝙞𝙨𝙮𝙤𝙣 𝙖𝙩 𝙆𝙖𝙡𝙞𝙠𝙖𝙨𝙖𝙣, 𝘼𝙩𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙋𝙖𝙣𝙜𝙖𝙡𝙖𝙜𝙖𝙖𝙣!”

The event was graced by 𝗠𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗖𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗖𝗵𝗶𝗲𝗳 𝗗𝗿. 𝗥𝗮𝗺𝗼𝗻 𝗖. 𝗘𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗼, 𝗝𝗿., who delivered the opening message, and 𝗗𝗿. 𝗠𝗮𝗰𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗼 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗮𝗻𝗼, 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗱 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗔𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗲𝗱 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗵 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗳𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹𝘀 𝗦𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲, who expressed his gratitude to the participants and organizers during the closing program.

More than just a race, the Fun Run reminded everyone that healthy people and a healthy environment go hand in hand.

The Nutrition Month 2026 celebration facilitated by the Nutrition and Dietetics Department culminated in a showcase of culinary creativity as its employees put their cooking skills to the test during the 𝗡𝘂𝘁𝗿𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗗𝗶𝗲𝘁𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗰𝘀 𝗗𝗲𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗖𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗲𝘀𝘁 on July 30, 2026.

Participants competed under two categories: Cook and Food Service Workers, with the challenge of developing balanced, nutritious, affordable, and sustainable meals.

The cooking contest showcased the creativity and dedication of the Nutrition and Dietetics Department in promoting healthy, balanced, and sustainable food choices—values that remain at the heart of this year's Nutrition Month celebration.
The activity formed part of BRGHGMC's celebration of 𝗡𝘂𝘁𝗿𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗠𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗵 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲, with the sub-theme: “𝗡𝘂𝘁𝗿𝗶𝘀𝘆𝗼𝗻 𝗮𝘁 𝗞𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗸𝗮𝘀𝗮𝗻, 𝗔𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗣𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗮𝗹𝗮𝗴𝗮𝗮𝗻!” 🌱🥗

𝐋𝐎𝐎𝐊 | 𝐁𝐑𝐆𝐇𝐆𝐌𝐂 𝐖𝐎𝐑𝐊 𝐎𝐔𝐓, 𝐂𝐎𝐎𝐊 𝐎𝐔𝐓 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔

On the same day as the 𝗙𝘂𝗻 𝗥𝘂𝗻 𝗣𝗮𝗿𝗮 𝘀𝗮 𝗞𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗸𝗮𝘀𝗮𝗻, representatives from different hospital divisions put their culinary skills to the test during 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸 𝗢𝘂𝘁, 𝗖𝗼𝗼𝗸 𝗢𝘂𝘁 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 on July 28, 2026.

Teams were challenged to prepare nutritious, affordable, and environmentally conscious meals, guided by the principles of Pinggang Pinoy and the 10 Kumainments. Adding to the challenge, participants were given a limited amount of time and mystery boxes featuring Bahay Kubo ingredients that had to be incorporated into their dishes.

DOH: ALAMIN ANG MGA SINTOMAS AT PARAAN KONTRA LEPTOSPIROSIS

Kasabay ng malawakang pag-ulan at pagbaha ang pagtaas ng panganib ng Leptospirosis.

Pinapaalala ng DOH na tandaan ang mga sintomas at mga paraan kung paano makakaiwas sa sakit na ito.

Kung lumusong sa baha, agad na pumunta sa pinakamalapit na health center para sa tamang gabay at lunas.
