For the NCSC MILESTONES PAYOUT this July 23, 2026 please prepare this documents especially sa mga Deceased and not able to claim nga mga awardees. Please get in touch sa inyo senior president or kadto sa Senior Citizen office sa Childrens Playground. Thank you.

⏰ 9:00am to 12:00am

If patay na ang claimant or indi na kasarang mag claim pwede kmo kakuha Special Power of Attorney (SPA) kag Authorization letter sa Senior Citizen Office. Pls bring photo copy ka ID and photocopy of DEATH CERTIFICATE ka awardee.
