The Katipunan ng Kabataan Assembly is a mandated gathering of all registered youth aged 15 to 30 in the barangay, conducted pursuant to Republic Act No. 10742. It serves as an official venue for presenting accomplishment reports, discussing plans and programs, ensuring transparency and accountability, and encouraging active youth participation in local governance and community development.
