✔️ Can commit to duties, meetings, and activities

𝐀𝐃𝐕𝐈𝐒𝐎𝐑𝐘

In anticipation of the transportation strike today, Monday, March 23, 2026, STI College Cagayan de Oro will shift to Online Synchronous Classes. This measure aims to ensure continued access to learning and to support students who may experience difficulty in commuting.

Transport groups in Northern Mindanao, led by NOMFEDTRASCO, are set to hold a transport holiday after the government postponed the ₱2 fare hike. Around 52 cooperatives are expected to join the temporary suspension of operations.

Onsite enrollment for incoming freshmen, Grade 11 students, and other office transactions will remain open from 8:00am to 5:00pm.

We need to keep the parade route clear and ensure emergency access. Please park only in your designated areas:

Students:
Use the designated "Parking for Students" areas for cars and motors.

Faculty & Merchants:
Specific zones are reserved for your vehicles.

Motorcycles:
A dedicated space for all motors is provided; do not park outside this area.

🚫 Strictly No Parking:

Near the Gate:
Must remain clear for emergency vehicles like ambulances.

Badminton Court Onwards:
This area must be kept clear for the Parade and the Lighting of the Torch.

Morning Attendance:

Sign In: 6:00 AM – 8:00 AM + 30 Mins Grace Period. 8:30 Cut Off
Sign Out: 10:30 AM – 11:30 AM

Afternoon Attendance:

Sign In: 1:00 PM – 2:00 PM
Sign Out: 4:00 PM – 4:30 PM

Locations:
CSG, SSG, and all departments have designated tables for Morning IN/OUT and Afternoon IN/OUT as marked on the map.

⚠️ Penalties:
1️⃣ No department shirt / color coding / washday / proware shirt – 25
2️⃣ No Time In & Time Out (considered absent) – 25 × 2 = 50
3️⃣ Late – 30

📌 Students who are sick during the Intramurals or cannot attend must inform any officer to be listed for reconsideration. Kindly provide a Medical Certificate.

📌 Working students may present their Certificate of Employment (COE) during clearance signing.

Route 1:
Starting at STI Colleges of Mindanao ➡️ Heading to Kauswagan Barangay Hall.

Route 2:
The return lap from Kauswagan Barangay Hall ➡️ Back to STI.
