JCSUPT NEIL RANOCO AVISADO, DSC bagged the Top 3 Best Regional Director during the second quarter of the 2022 Management Conference on July 8, 2022 at Ciudad Christha Resort, San Mateo Rizal.

Further, the region has been awarded as the Top 5 Best Performing Region and Best Legal Service Section nationwide.

Look!

BJMPRO-X Paralegal Team headed by JCINSP JEZA MAE SARAH C SANCHEZ, CESE conducted Paralegal Jail Inspection at Iligan City Jail- Male and Female Dormitories on April 21, 2022.

Together with JSINSP MARK DAVID A MONTES, JO1 Mary Joy C Go, Jail Paralegal Officers (JPO) SJO1 Ian P Concepcion, SJO1 Annaliza P Bachiller, and JO1 Vouz Gerard P Tagaro, the team proceeded to the Hall of Justice- Iligan City for the scheduled courtesy visit with Hon. Silvestre D Orejana, Jr, Executive Judge of RTC 5, and other judges.

The said activity was done to strengthen the local cooperation between the correctional pillar and the judiciary.

Sa likod ng Paralegal TV edition na ito ay isang babaeng palaban, isang Jail Paralegal Officer na naging daan upang mabigyan ng pagkakataon ang mga qualified Persons Deprived of Liberty na mapabuti ang kanilang buhay sa laya.

Siya ay si JO1 Gretchen T Tanjay, ang Jail Paralegal Officer ng Ozamiz City Jail- Female Dormitory. Ngunit ano nga ba ang kaniyang ginagawa? At papaano niya ito ginagawa?

Sa edition na ito ay matutunghayan natin kung pano nakatulong ang pagsusumikap ni JO1 Tanjay sa mga PDL sa pamamagitan ng Good Conduct Time Allowance o GCTA.

Gong Xi Fa Cai!

They say that Chinese New Year symbolizes the beginning of another year with hope for prosperity, abundance, and good luck. Although we primarily follow our own culture and traditions, we cannot deny that as time pass by we got to adopt the beliefs of other cultures, such as celebrating the first day of February as Chinese New Year.

For this year, we offer thanksgiving to all the Jail Paralegal Officers who dedicated their time and effort to keep the wheel of justice spinning in service of our Persons Deprived of Liberty that led to national recognition.

BJMP Region 10 was awarded as the Top 1 Best Paralegal Program Implementer during the 8th Director for Welfare and Development (DWD) Annual Conference.

But this achievement would not have been realized if it wasn't for the support and generosity of our Regional Director JSSUPT NEIL RANOCO AVISADO who never fails to uplift the morale of all personnel.

The BJMP Region 10 Paralegal family expresses our deep gratitude to you, Sir! You are an epitome of a true leader.

It's the first Monday of the year 2022, and BJMP Region 10's Jail Paralegal Officers continue to do their best to serve our Persons Deprived of Liberty by effectively implementing the Bureau's programs geared to aid the inexpensive and speedy disposition of their cases. These programs include the Tele-hearing and E-Dalaw that utilize online platforms in place of face-to-face court hearings and jail visitations.

But why do we care this much when these people are not even related to us? It is because we want everyone to feel the spirit of Christmas not just every 25th of December but every day. After all, each day is worth celebrating, and it becomes even more meaningful if we get to share it with the ones we love.

So as we begin this brand new year, we dedicate this Paralegal TV edition to you.
