The Employees' Compensation Commission is looking for:
1 โ Paralegal
Employment Status: Contract of Service (Directly Hired by ECC)
Monthly Salary: PHP 38,413 + 20% premium
Education: Bachelor of Laws, or Bachelor's Degree in Legal Management, Public Administration, or Political Science, or other allied courses related to Law/ Labor Studies
Eligibility: None
Experience: At least one year relevant experience
Place of Assignment: ECC Head Office โ Makati City (Appeals Division)
Competency: Excellent written and oral communication skills, detail-oriented, exceptional interpersonal, organizational and research skills

1 โ Planning Assistant I
Employment Status: Contractual (Hired thru Manpower Agency)
Monthly Salary: PHP 32,870.00
Education: Bachelorโs Degree in any of the following areas: Economics, Business or Public Administration, Education or any related course
Place of Assignment: ECC Head Office โ Makati City (Policy, Programs and Systems Management Division)
Experience: At least 1 year of relevant experience in:
- Providing technical and administrative support in delivering efficient and effective plans and programs for the office.
- Assisting in the implementation of the performance management system and Gender and Development (GAD) plans.
- Preparing data analyses, dashboards, official communications, briefers, presentation slides, talking points, and other materials relevant to PPSMD.
- Providing technical assistance in conducting research, studies, and statistical analyses of the ECP or related topics in aid of policy formulation and decision-making.
- Assisting in research protocol development, including but not limited to conducting literature reviews/searches, data collection and analysis, and writing reports.
- Coordinating with all operating and support groups in the preparation of the organization's short-term, medium-term, and long-term work programs, and ensuring alignment with the corporate vision.

Employment Status: Contractual (Hired thru Manpower Agency)
Monthly Salary: PHP 17,205.00
Education: Graduate of Financial Management, Accountancy, Management Accounting or any related course
Experience: Experience is an advantage but not required
Place of Assignment: ECC Head Office โ Makati City (Finance Division)
