ONE WING. ONE MISSION. ONE STANDARD OF EXCELLENCE.
On 06 May 2026, BGEN JOEL A INACAY PAF, Wing Commander of the 15th Strike Wing, led a meaningful Talk to Pilots and Maintenance Crew, reinforcing the Wing’s guiding principle of being Mission-Oriented, Vision-Guided, and People-Valued (MVP). The session emphasized the critical role of discipline, coordination, and accountability in ensuring the success of every operation.
Central to the discussion was the well-being of personnel, highlighting that mission accomplishment begins with having the right people, equipped with both the proper attitude and aptitude, performing their duties. The Wing Commander stressed that excellence is not only built on skills, but also on mindset, commitment, and professionalism.
The engagement also underscored the importance of Gender and Development (GAD) initiatives, the prevention of Violence Against Women and Children (VAWC), and strict adherence to Philippine Air Force regulations. These efforts ensure a workplace environment that is respectful, inclusive, and secure for all personnel.
Moreover, the BGEN INACAY reminded everyone that genuine dedication stems from a deep sense of pride and love for the unit and the service. This is one of the values that drive each member to perform their daily tasks with purpose and integrity.
Through this engagement, pilots and maintenance personnel were reminded that true strength lies not only in capability, but in unity, integrity, and shared responsibility. Guided by the MVP principle, the 15th Strike Wing continues to uphold excellence, fostering a culture where people are valued, missions are accomplished, and the vision of a stronger Air Force is realized.
