✨ “Every classroom observation is an opportunity to learn, reflect, and grow—for the teacher and, ultimately, for every learner.”

Palalan Integrated School conducted a Classroom Observation on August 11, 2026, as part of its continuing commitment to strengthening teaching practices and improving learning outcomes. The observation featured Ms. Charydel Jean L. Billiones, Grade 4 Adviser, and Ms. Ma. Lourdes S. Sale, English 8 Teacher.

The classroom observations were conducted by District In-Charge (DIC) Ms. Annabelle J. Lariba, together with School Head Mr. Wilfredo L. Belono Jr. and Master Teacher Mr. Crispin P. Caare. Through focused observation and professional feedback, the activity provided an opportunity to recognize effective instructional practices, identify areas for improvement, and support teachers in refining strategies responsive to learners' needs.

A post-conference was conducted after the observations, allowing the teachers and observers to engage in constructive reflection and meaningful professional dialogue. The session emphasized that classroom observation is not merely an evaluation of teaching performance, but a supportive process for professional growth, reflective practice, and continuous improvement.
