📢 I-SCAN ANG QR CODE PARA SA PRE-REGISTRATION!

Kung interesado kang mahimong volunteer blood donor, palihug i-scan ang QR code ug kompletoha ang pre-registration form.

Ang imong pre-registration makatabang kanamo aron mahibal-an ang gidaghanon sa mga andam nga mo-donate og dugo sa atong umaabot nga “Dugo Mo, Buhay Ko: A Community Blood Donation Campaign CY 2026.” karong umaabot na Hulyo 13, 2026 adlawng lunes sa buntag, kini ipahigayon sa Barangay Covered Court.

⚠️ Pahimangno: Ang pagparehistro dili pasabot nga awtomatiko kang kwalipikado sa pag-donate og dugo. Ang tanang magparehistro moagi gihapon sa medical interview ug health screening sa adlaw sa blood donation.

Kinsa ang mahimong blood donor?
✅ Edad 18–60 anyos (17 anyos nga adunay parental consent, kung angay)
✅ Timbang nga labing menos 50 kg
✅ Maayo ang panglawas ug walay gibati nga sakit
✅ Nakatulog og igo ug nakakaon sa dili pa ang donation
✅ Wala miinom og alkohol sulod sa miaging 24 oras

📍 Kauswagan Covered Court

Kini nga kalihokan gipahigayon uban sa Department of Health – CHD Northern Mindanao Regional Blood Center, pinaagi sa paningkamot ug suporta ni Punong Barangay Hon. Leonard Jan Lim, aron mapadayon ang igo ug luwas nga suplay sa dugo alang sa mga pasyente nga nanginahanglan.

Ang imong pag-donate og dugo mahimong makaluwas ug kinabuhi. Ang imong gamay nga sakripisyo mahimong dakong paglaum alang sa mga pasyente nga nagkinahanglan sa dugo.
