The Office of the City Human Resource Management Officer conducted a wellness activity through Guess the Number as part of its ongoing Workplace Wellness Program, held every Thursday.

The activity aims to promote a healthy work environment by encouraging employees to participate in fun, engaging, and stress-relieving activities that strengthen camaraderie among colleagues.

The Guess the Number activity brought together employees from different offices, fostering teamwork, focus, and friendly competition. Participants were challenged to guess the correct number within a given range using logic, intuition, and collaboration. The activity encouraged critical thinking and interaction, as employees shared ideas, strategized, and supported one another throughout the game. Laughter and excitement filled the venue as participants eagerly took turns, celebrated correct guesses, and enjoyed lighthearted moments together—creating a vibrant and positive atmosphere in the workplace.

The Office of the City Human Resource Management Officer remains committed to sustaining initiatives that support employee wellness and foster a positive work culture within the organization.

The Office of the City Human Resource Management Officer extends its warmest congratulations on the successful completion of the Introduction to Mental Health, Stress Management, and Psychological First Aid Training held on April 29, 2025, at the Tourism Hall, City Hall, Cagayan de Oro City.

We sincerely commend and express our heartfelt appreciation to our esteemed Resource Speaker, Ms. Rio Baliling, RPsy, RPm, and Mr. Art Galinda of the City Social Welfare and Development for their invaluable expertise, dedication, and meaningful insights that greatly enriched the learning experience of all participants.

Our gratitude also goes to all the participants for their active engagement and commitment to promoting mental health awareness and well-being in the workplace. Your participation reflects a strong step toward fostering a more supportive, resilient, and healthy working environment.

May this training inspire continued advocacy for mental wellness and the application of psychological first aid in our respective offices and communities.

This movement aims for everyone to have the opportunity to clean up our streets/yards. Clean environment makes a better place. 💚
Let us support this movement to keep our environment clean and green.

This program shall be held every last Thursday of the month from 6:00AM to 8:00AM.
