The Bureau of Fire Protection Region 10 successfully conducted its Monday Flag Raising Ceremony, gathering personnel in a shared commitment to duty, discipline, and public service.

Serving as the Resource Speaker was Retired FINSP SONNY M HOMILLADA, who shared an inspiring message centered on the 3 A’s:

🔹 Action and Govern – Let our actions reflect responsible leadership and sound governance.
🔹 Attitude and Guarded – Maintain the right attitude while being mindful and disciplined in every action.

The Bureau of Fire Protection Region 10, under the leadership of FSSUPT RICHARD V ARBUTANTE, Acting Regional Director, successfully conducted its Monday Flag Raising Ceremony, bringing together personnel to begin the week with renewed commitment, discipline, and purpose.

Serving as the Resource Speaker, FSINSP KEIR L TOMIMBANG shared an inspiring message on turning challenges into opportunities. He reminded everyone that difficult situations, failures, and disappointments can become opportunities to grow stronger, wiser, and better.

As firefighters, we face challenges one step at a time—with courage over fear, hope over discouragement, and discipline over excuses. Every new day is another opportunity to rise, improve, serve, and become a better version of ourselves.

LOOK: SEND-OFF FOR THE 89 FIRE OFFICER 1 (FO1) FBRC TRAINEES

The 89 Fire Basic Recruit Course (FBRC) Trainees of the Bureau of Fire Protection Region 10 paid a courtesy call on the Regional Director, FSSUPT RICHARD V ARBUTANTE, prior to their departure for the Fire Basic Recruit Course (FBRC) at the NFTI Satellite Training Unit, Tacurong City, Sultan Kudarat.

During the send-off, FSSUPT ARBUTANTE reminded the trainees to uphold discipline, remain focused, and stay committed as they embark on this significant journey toward becoming competent and dedicated firefighters.

The BFP Region 10, under the leadership of FSSUPT RICHARD V ARBUTANTE, extends its full support and best wishes to the 89 trainees as they begin their training and take another step toward a meaningful career in the fire service. May they carry with them the values of discipline, integrity, courage, and commitment throughout their journey.
