As part of the Ease of Doing Business (EODB) Month celebration, the Department of Social Welfare and Development Field Office 10 (DSWD 10) reaffirmed its commitment to faster, transparent, and people-centered public service.
Anchored on this yearโs theme, โAchieving Results through Transparency and Accountability: Towards a More Productive Bagong Pilipinas,โ the DSWD 10 highlighted ongoing efforts to simplify processes, strengthen accountability, and improve frontline service delivery for individuals and families in need.
Among the services showcased were the Assistance to Individuals in Crisis Situations (AICS), the Reception and Study Center for Children (RSCC), and the Home for Girls, demonstrating how streamlined systems and coordinated action help ensure timely and dignified assistance to vulnerable sectors.
During the activity, Anti-Red Tape Authority (ARTA) representative Atty. Daphne B. Lunsayan emphasized that government efficiency should always translate into meaningful service for the people.
โWe are called to become more efficient, more responsive, and more accountable in the way we deliver government services. A truly productive Philippines is measured not only by accomplishments on paper, but by the value of time we save for every Filipino we serve,โ she shared.
DSWD 10 continues to uphold integrity, responsiveness, and compassion in every transactionโensuring that public service is not only efficient, but felt where it matters most: in the lives of the people it serves.
