This Linggo ng Kabataan 2026, the Sangguniang Kabataan of Barangay Pagatpat proudly launches a youth-led movement where every Pagatpatnon youth is empowered to lead, create, and make a difference.

Through 𝐊𝐀𝐁𝐀𝐓𝐀𝐍-𝐔𝐍𝐀, we are shifting from SK-led initiatives to Youth-led action by providing opportunities, mentorship, partnerships, and funding that enable young people to turn their ideas into meaningful community impact.

📌 This year's flagship initiatives include:
• PAKABANA – Project Pitching Competition
• UNA ZONA – Zonal Empowerment Funding Program
• YADs CUP – Sports Club Empowerment Funding Program
• TAMBAYAYONG – Partnerships for Community Development
• TIKAD CAMP 2026 – Youth Leadership Camp

Together, these initiatives aim to strengthen youth organizations, develop young leaders, encourage volunteerism, promote sports development, and inspire active participation in community building.

This August, the spotlight is no longer on the SK—it's on every Pagatpatnon youth ready to lead, serve, and create change.

Through UNA ZONA, the Sangguniang Kabataan of Barangay Pagatpat provides funding and support to zone-based youth organizations so they can transform their ideas into meaningful community initiatives.

✅ How to get started?

1️⃣ Organize a Youth Organization in your zone or cluster zone.
2️⃣ Ensure that the organization is facilitated or witnessed by SK Pagatpat or PAYAG Youth Organization during its election and establishment.
3️⃣ Prepare and submit your activity proposal.

This August, KABATAN-UNA comes to life through a month-long celebration of youth leadership, participation, and community action.

As we promised, Linggo ng Kabataan 2026 marks our shift from SK-led to Youth-led. Instead of the Sangguniang Kabataan organizing every activity, we are empowering youth organizations, student leaders, volunteers, and young individuals to design, lead, and implement initiatives that create meaningful impact in our community.

Today, we proudly congratulate the Phase 2 Habitat Youth Organization for successfully organizing and conducting its official election—a milestone that reflects the resilience, unity, and commitment of the youth to take an active role in shaping their own community.

In celebration of Pride Month 2026, the Sangguniang Barangay Pagatpat, through the leadership of Hon. Iman, Chairperson on the Committee on Gender and Development (GAD), in partnership with SK Pagatpat, successfully held Fantastic Pagatpat—a vibrant night filled with chukchakan, awrahan, tawanan, and the joyful celebration of authenticity and self-expression.

More than a showcase of fabulous outfits, Fantastic Pagatpat became a platform where members of the LGBTQIA+ community confidently expressed their identity, creativity, wit, and artistry through their fantastic attire. Each participant took the stage to introduce themselves, share their story, and own the runway with pride.

🏀🔥 LIGA NG MGA SIGA: INTER-PAGATPAT BASKETBALL TOURNAMENT 2026 🔥🏀

From the opening tip-off to the final buzzer, every game was filled with passion, grit, and the true spirit of sportsmanship.

The much-awaited culmination of the Liga ng mga Siga: Inter-Pagatpat Basketball Tournament 2026 has officially come to a close. Champions were crowned, trophies and cash prizes were awarded, and every team left the court with unforgettable memories, hard-earned lessons, and stories worth celebrating.

To all our participating teams, congratulations for giving your all and making this season one to remember. Win or lose, your dedication, discipline, and love for the game made this tournament a success.
