The BUGSAY 2026 Iskolar-Leaders Congress successfully concluded on August 22, 2026, at the City Tourism Hall, bringing together scholar-leaders for a day of reflection, recognition, and a renewed commitment to service and leadership.
The morning session served as the BUGSAY 2026 Iskolar-Leaders Year-End Congress, providing community- and school-based scholar-leaders with an avenue to look back on the experiences, challenges, and milestones that shaped their leadership journey. Through thoughtful reflections and meaningful conversations, they celebrated not only what they have accomplished, but also the impact they have made in their respective schools and communities.
As one chapter came to a close, another began.
The afternoon marked the Turnover and Oath-Taking Ceremony of the new set of officers, officially welcoming a new generation of scholar-leaders ready to take the helm. With their oath, they pledged to uphold the values of service, responsibility, and purposeful leadership as they continue the voyage of the Iskolar sa Dakbayan.
CEDO extends its heartfelt gratitude to our partners and supporters who helped make this meaningful gathering possible, and to the City Government of Cagayan de Oro for its continued commitment to the holistic development of every Iskolar sa Dakbayan.
The sails may have reached the end of this chapter, but the voyage continues. Together, letโs continue forming scholar-leaders for the city.
