Every journey of service begins with a decision, the decision to show up, to care, and to make a difference.

This October 10–11, the 𝗩𝗼𝗹𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗲𝗿 𝗜𝘀𝗸𝗼𝗹𝗮𝗿 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺 (𝗩𝗜𝗣) sets sail for its very first camp, 𝐀𝐍𝐊𝐋𝐀: 𝐕𝐨𝐥𝐮𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐞𝐫𝐬 𝐂𝐚𝐦𝐩 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔. More than a camp, ÁNKLA is a space for our volunteer scholars to 𝗽𝗮𝘂𝘀𝗲, 𝗿𝗲𝗳𝗹𝗲𝗰𝘁, 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗰𝘁, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗱𝗶𝘀𝗰𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗶𝘁 𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗹𝘆 𝗺𝗲𝗮𝗻𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝘀𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗲. Through shared experiences, challenges, conversations, and moments of reflection, our Iskolar Leaders will be reminded that leadership is not simply about being in front—it is about being there for others.

Because every scholar has a story, but every scholar-leader is a story of change.

𝐏𝐀𝐆𝐋𝐀𝐖𝐈𝐆 𝐈𝐒𝐃𝐀: 𝐒𝐚𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐅𝐨𝐫𝐰𝐚𝐫𝐝 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐑𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭 𝐂𝐢𝐫𝐜𝐥𝐞

Last September 10, our first-year scholars from PHINMA Cagayan de Oro College took part in their first formation program, PAGLAWIG ISDA, designed to help them navigate the challenges of their college journey with the right skills and the right people by their side.

College is not only about passing subjects. It is also about learning how to manage time, develop effective study habits, and build meaningful relationships. Through PAGLAWIG ISDA, our scholars explored practical ways to balance academics, responsibilities, and personal time; study smarter; stay organized; and become more effective learners.

More importantly, the program highlighted the importance of choosing the right circle, surrounding themselves with people who inspire growth, promote accountability, and encourage positive choices.

As Iskolar sa Dakbayan, we hope to help our scholars not only succeed in their studies but also grow into responsible, resilient, and well-rounded young people.
