𝗦𝗲𝗽𝘁𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝟮𝟰, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 — Strengthening opportunities for collaboration, DOJ–PPA Region 10 paid a courtesy call to DICT Region 10.

👥 The engagement was attended by Assistant Regional Director Engr. Michael Andrew E. Buot, together with DICT Personnel, and DOJ–PPA Region 10 Regional Director Mae Dolorita K. Monicit, ARD/OIC Roselyn C. Abiabi, and CPO Dennah E. Vivares.

💬 The courtesy call provided an opportunity to formally introduce the agency and its personnel and discuss matters of mutual interest concerning the treatment and rehabilitation of persons under the country’s probation and parole system, as well as potential community initiatives and partnership opportunities between DOJ–PPA Region 10 and DICT Region 10.

DOJ–PPA Region 10 looks forward to fostering meaningful collaboration with DICT Region 10 in support of rehabilitation, reintegration, and community safety. 💛

September 08, 2026 — DOJ PPA X Regional Office successfully underwent its Internal Quality Audit (IQA) through a face-to-face audit conducted pursuant to CO SO No. 442, s. 2026, dated August 05, 2026.

The audit was conducted by 𝑨𝒖𝒅𝒊𝒕 𝑻𝒆𝒂𝒎 𝟏𝟗, composed of 𝗖𝗣𝗣𝗢 𝗠𝗜𝗖𝗛𝗔𝗘𝗟 𝗝𝗢𝗦𝗘𝗣𝗛 𝗦. 𝗔𝗟𝗢𝗡𝗧𝗢, 𝗦𝗣𝗣𝗢 𝗔𝗡𝗔𝗟𝗔𝗡𝗘 𝗖. 𝗧𝗨𝗔𝗦𝗢𝗡, 𝗦𝗣𝗣𝗢 𝗝𝗢𝗡𝗔𝗟𝗜𝗦𝗔 𝗩. 𝗠𝗔𝗡𝗚𝗨𝗜𝗢𝗕, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗦𝗿. 𝗣𝗣𝗢 𝗥𝗔𝗝𝗜𝗩 𝗜𝗩𝗔𝗥 𝗣. 𝗘𝗟𝗔𝗣𝗘. The audit assessed the regional office's conformity with established quality management standards and reviewed its systems, processes, and practices for continuous improvement.

On August 19, 2026, DOJ-PPA Region X, headed by Regional Director Mae Dolorita K. Monicit, warmly welcomed the National Police Commission (NAPOLCOM) Regional Office 10 for a courtesy visit.

The NAPOLCOM delegation was led by Acting Assistant Regional Director Atty. Rhenfacel J. Manlegro.

The meeting highlighted both agencies’ shared commitment to strengthening collaboration, enhancing service delivery, and advancing initiatives for safer and more progressive communities.

Discussions also included potential collaborations in support of the 32nd National Crime Prevention Week (NCPW).

DOJ-PPA Region X extends its appreciation to NAPOLCOM Region 10 for the meaningful visit and continued partnership toward better public service. 🤝💙

A Plaque of Appreciation was presented to former 𝗖𝗣𝗣𝗢 𝗜𝗿𝘄𝗶𝗻𝗻 𝗖. 𝗕𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗼𝘀 in recognition of his 33 years, 6 months, and 19 days of dedicated and invaluable public service.

His service includes 6 years, 2 months, and 18 days with DECS and 27 years, 4 months, and 1 day with the Department of Justice – Parole and Probation Administration Region X.

The citation was read by OIC-ARD Roselyn C. Abiabi, and witnessed by RD Mae Dolorita Kaamino-Monicit and AO IV Judith B. Ramos.

🏓Sportsfest & Homeward Bound

The Day 4 celebration began with a fun and engaging Pickleball Sports Clinic, where participants learned the basic rules, techniques, and mechanics of the sport before taking on the court.

The game proper kicked off with a friendly match between the Administrator and Deputy Administrator, followed by the opportunity for all participants to try their hand at pickleball. It was a morning filled with laughter, friendly competition, and camaraderie! 🏓✨

In the afternoon, the journey continued with visits to the historic St. John the Baptist Church of Jimenez and the Birhen sa Cotta Shrine in Ozamiz City, giving participants a meaningful opportunity to appreciate the rich religious, cultural, and historical heritage of Misamis Occidental. ⛪

As the Golden Jubilee celebration came to a close, the activities provided not only memorable experiences but also strengthened the bonds of friendship and camaraderie among the DOJ-PPA Region X family.
