Household Population Results Now Available!
The household population results from the 2024 Census of Population have recently been released.
As of 01 July 2024, Northern Mindanao recorded a total household population of 5,166,543, distributed across 1,337,636 households.
Based on these figures, the average household size in the region was estimated at 3.9 persons per household, which means there were approximately four members in every household.
These results provide valuable insights into the region’s demographic profile and serve as an important basis for planning, policy formulation, and the delivery of public services.

ENSURING QUALITY DATA ON THE GROUND! 🐟🌾📊

The Philippine Statistics Authority - Regional Statistical Services Office X (PSA RSSO X), under the leadership of Regional Director Janith C. Aves, continues its active field monitoring visits across Northern Mindanao to ensure the smooth and successful conduct of the 2026 Updating of List of Aquaculture Farms (ULAF).

Scheduled for nationwide enumeration from 29 June to 07 August 2026, the 2026 ULAF aims to update the frame of aquaculture operators across the country to provide reliable statistics for policy and development planning.

To oversee field operations, provide technical guidance, and ensure data quality, RD Aves and the regional monitoring team personally visited enumeration sites and coordinated with local officials in key operational areas:

📍 Claveria, Misamis Oriental
📍 Balingasag, Misamis Oriental
📍 Lala, Lanao del Norte
📍 Iligan City
📍 Tangub City, Misamis Occidental
📍 Sapang Dalaga, Misamis Occidental

During these visits, the team met with field enumerators, observed actual data collection, and engaged with local government partners and aquaculture farm operators.

📌 Employment Status: Job Order Worker (JOW)
👥 Vacancy: One (1)

Minimum Qualifications

✅ Eligibility: Preferably Civil Service Professional/Second Level Eligibility
✅ Education: Bachelor's degree preferably in Public Administration, Management, Economics, Business Administration, Statistics, Mathematics, Education, Engineering, or other related courses
✅ Training: None required (preferably with at least 4 hours of relevant training)
✅ Experience: None required (experience in logistics, property, or records management is an advantage)

Key Duties and Responsibilities
Assist in the one-time cleansing of Property, Plant, and Equipment (PPE) balances;
Prepare inventory and property-related reports and documents;
Update property records in the system;
Perform data matching and reconciliation of property accountability records;
Support disposal and inventory activities; and
Perform other related administrative tasks as assigned.

PSA RSSO X Joins the Nationwide Rollout of the UPLIFT Program Payout

The Philippine Statistics Authority – Regional Statistical Services Office X (PSA RSSO X) proudly supports the Department of Social Welfare and Development's (DSWD) Unified Package for Livelihoods, Industry, Food, and Transport (UPLIFT) Program Payout by bringing National ID services closer to beneficiaries across Northern Mindanao.

As the UPLIFT Program Payout rolls out nationwide, PSA RSSO X is conducting National ID registration and related services at designated payout sites across the region from 20 to 25 July 2026, making it more convenient for beneficiaries to access essential government services.
