On ๐๐๐ฒ ๐๐, ๐๐๐๐, ๐ญ๐ก๐ ๐๐ฎ๐ญ ๐จ๐ ๐๐๐ก๐จ๐จ๐ฅ ๐๐จ๐ฎ๐ญ๐ก ๐๐๐ฏ๐๐ฅ๐จ๐ฉ๐ฆ๐๐ง๐ญ ๐๐ฅ๐ฅ๐ข๐๐ง๐๐ (๐๐๐๐๐) successfully conducted its ๐๐๐ญ๐ก ๐๐๐ ๐ฎ๐ฅ๐๐ซ ๐๐๐๐ญ๐ข๐ง๐ at the ๐๐ข๐ญ๐ฒ ๐๐จ๐ฎ๐ง๐๐ข๐ฅ ๐๐๐ฌ๐ฌ๐ข๐จ๐ง ๐๐๐ฅ๐ฅ ๐ข๐ง ๐๐๐ ๐๐ฒ๐๐ง ๐๐ ๐๐ซ๐จ ๐๐ข๐ญ๐ฒ hosted by the ๐๐๐๐ซ๐ง๐ข๐ง๐ ๐ญ๐จ ๐๐๐ซ๐ง๐ข๐ง๐ ๐๐๐ญ๐ก๐ฐ๐๐ฒ๐ฌ ๐๐ซ๐จ๐ ๐ซ๐๐ฆ๐ฆ๐ (๐๐๐๐!), with ๐๐ ๐ฆ๐๐ฆ๐๐๐ซ๐ฌ representing ๐๐ ๐ฉ๐๐ซ๐ญ๐ง๐๐ซ ๐๐ ๐๐ง๐๐ข๐๐ฌ ๐๐ง๐ ๐จ๐ซ๐ ๐๐ง๐ข๐ณ๐๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง๐ฌ.
The meeting focused on strengthening collaborative efforts for the development and empowerment of out-of-school youth (OSY) in the city. One of the major agenda items was the presentation of updates and progress on the Learning to Earning Pathways Programme (LEaP!) , including its current accomplishments, ongoing activities, and planned interventions for 2026. The alliance also discussed the 2026 OSYDA Plan, emphasizing strategies and initiatives that aim to provide more opportunities for education, skills development, employment, and community engagement for OSY beneficiaries.
In addition, the Chairperson and Vice Chairperson across four Pillars were formally introduced along with their proposed programs and activities under their respective pillars to further support youth development and participation. Members also discussed the concept and initial plans for the upcoming Kahigayonan Year 5, including possible activities, partnerships, and implementation strategies for the program.
Lastly, the PYAP Barangayan data was presented, showcasing the interests and preferred opportunities of out-of-school youth based on the programs and services offered by partner agencies. The presentation provided valuable insights that will help guide future interventions, partnerships, and youth-focused initiatives of the alliance.
