📌 RE: General Guidelines for USG & Unit Organization Elections A.Y. 2025–2026

The University Student Government – Electoral Commission (USG-Villanueva EleCom) officially issues the General Election Guidelines for the face-to-face elections of the University Student Government and Unit/Program Organizations.

🗳️ KEY DETAILS:

📍 Election Venue: 1st Floor and 3rd floor, USTP Villanueva
👥 Voter Eligibility: All bona fide undergraduate students
🗓️ Filing of Candidacy: May 24, 2025
🗓️ Campaign Period: May 24-25, 2025
🗓️ Miting de Avance: May 27, 2025 (to be aired online)
🗓️ Voting Schedule:

✅ Unit Organization: May 28, 2025

✅ USG Election: May 28, 2025

⚠️ Important Reminders:

All candidates must be currently enrolled, have no disciplinary records, and meet the GPA or exemption criteria.

Each voter must cast two votes: one for the Unit Organization and one for the USG.

Daily vote tallies will be posted on the USG EleCom Official page.

Failure to vote may result in a community service penalty.

Violations of the election code may lead to warnings, disqualification, or suspension of campaign privileges.

📝 Reports of Violations must be submitted in writing with supporting documents. All reports will be treated with strict confidentiality.

The decisions of the USG-Villanueva EleCom are final and irrevocable.
