Please be reminded, GetGo drivers, to always communicate with passengers in a respectful and professional manner.

Delays and misunderstandings may happen, but offensive or inappropriate language is not acceptable. Stay calm, be patient, and handle concerns properly at all times.

Let’s work together to create a safe, respectful, and positive experience for everyone. A little patience, kindness, and professionalism from both drivers and passengers can make every ride smoother and more enjoyable.

Thank you.
