|IN-SHOTS COOPERATIVE|
The Community Improvement Division (CID) successfully conducted a Two-Day Seminar on the Fundamentals of Cooperative and Good Governance & Management for the Northern Mindanao Holistic Therapeutic Blind Masseur Service Cooperative last Thursday and Friday, May 21 and 22, at Cruz Taal St., of this city.

The activity gathered the cooperative’s Board of Directors and members in a meaningful learning session focused on strengthening cooperative values, responsible leadership, and good governance practices.

Ms. Sophia A. Castillo, CID Cooperative Program Member, served as the resource speaker on the first day of the seminar, while Mr. Rodger M. Zerna, the designated City Cooperative Development Officer, facilitated the discussions during the second day.

Through initiatives like this, CID's Cooperative Team, continues to support and empower cooperatives by promoting effective governance, unity, and sustainable organizational development.

|IN SHOTS: COOPERATIVE|
The Fundamentals of Cooperative and Good Governance Seminar, conducted on April 28–29 in Canitoan, Cagayan de Oro City, successfully brought together the Boards of Directors and members of Canitoan Transport Cooperative (CATRANCO) and Balulang Transport Cooperative.

The activity strengthened participants’ understanding of cooperative principles, leadership responsibilities, and the importance of transparency and accountability in ensuring sustainable and well-managed cooperatives.

With the leadership of CID's Officer-In-Charge Mr. Honorio Diputado Jr., the seminars were led and graced by City Cooperative Development Officer Mr. Rodger M. Zerna, alongside Ms. Sophia A. Castillo.
