๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ โ ๐ต๐๐๐ ๐๐, ๐๐๐๐ โ The Regional Tripartite Wages and Productivity Board โ Region X (RTWPB X) successfully conducted ๐จ๐๐ฎ๐ฝ๐ฎ๐ป๐ด 2๐ฃ๐: ๐ฃ๐ฎ๐๐ฎ๐ต๐ผ๐ฑ ๐ฎ๐ ๐ฃ๐ฟ๐ผ๐ฑ๐๐ฐ๐๐ถ๐๐ถ๐๐, a milestone activity held in full convergence with the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE), Employeesโ Compensation Commission (ECC), and Regional Conciliation and Mediation Board (RCMB) at Villa Paraiso, Camiguin Province.
This collaborative initiative brought together around forty (40) key stakeholdersโemployers, workers, and local partnersโto share critical information and services centered on wages, workplace productivity, labor welfare, and dispute resolution.
Discussions covered the salient provisions of Wage Order No. RX-24 and Domestic Worker No. RBX-DW-06, Productivity Training on Lean Management, benefits and scope of the Employeesโ Compensation Program, and mechanisms under Alternative Dispute Resolution for labor concerns. Updates on DOLE programs were also presented, complemented by a dedicated Wage Clinique and technical assistance where representatives from all four agencies directly answered queries and provided guidance to participants.
RTWPB Xโs initiative of agency collaboration emphasized that this unified effort aims to ensure policies are understood, services are accessible, and support reaches those who need it mostโreinforcing the shared commitment of DOLE, ECC, RCMB, and RTWPB X to promote equitable wages, boost productivity, protect workersโ rights, and maintain harmonious labor management relations across Northern Mindanao.
