Ang buong Kawanihan ng Pamatay Sunog ay nakikiisa sa paggunita ng Araw ng Kagitingan—isang araw ng pagpupugay sa katapangan, sakripisyo, at walang kapantay na pagmamahal sa bayan ng ating mga bayani.

Sa makabagong panahon, ang mga lingkod-bayan ng Kawanihan ng Pamatay Sunog ay maituturing na mga modernong magigiting—handang sumuong sa panganib, magsakripisyo, at maglingkod nang buong tapang upang iligtas ang buhay at ari-arian ng ating mga kababayan.

Sa diwa ng kanilang kabayanihan, patuloy nating isabuhay ang malasakit, katapangan, at dedikasyon sa paglilingkod sa sambayanang Pilipino. Nawa’y magsilbi itong inspirasyon sa bawat isa upang higit pang pag-ibayuhin ang ating tungkulin para sa kaligtasan at kapakanan ng lahat.

Dali nga Tips sa Kaluwasan
• Hugot sa LPG: Siguroha nga ang regulator ug hose walay leak. I-off ang tanke human og luto.
• Ayaw biyai ang stove: Kung naay giluto, ayaw gyud biyai ang kusina.
• Unplug dayon: Tangtanga sa saksakan ang mga appliances (plantsa, heater, charger) kung dili na gamiton.
• No "Octopus" Connection: Ayaw ipasobra og saksak ang usa ka outlet aron dili mo-overheat.
• Layo sa bata: Ibutang ang posporo ug lighter sa taas o tago nga lugar.

The Cagayan de Oro Fire District recently traded their fire hoses for shovels for a special tree-growing activity!

Headed by our very own Cagayan de Oro District Fire Marshal FSUPT CRISTOPHER G REGENCIA, DSC. This initiative is all about protecting our local environment and ensuring a greener, more resilient future.

Beyond fighting fires, our local heroes are helping "extinguish" environmental risks by strengthening our watersheds and urban green spaces. Every sapling planted today is a step toward a cooler, more sustainable Philippines for generations to come.
