To All Incoming Grade 7 Qualifiers for SY 2022 -2023:
1. Please fill out the Online Enrolment Form through this link https://forms.gle/QiBTiFMecm7voctv9
2. Prepare the following documents for enrollment;
A. Original and photocopy of Grade 6 Report Card
B. Photocopy of Birth Certificate
C. Passport size ID picture with white background
3. Place all these documents in a long brown envelope.
4. Submit the brown envelope(with the requirements inside) to
GRSHS Admin Office.
5. Deadline of submission of requirements will be on July 15, 2022.
6. Enrollment of students in the waitlist will be on July 18, 2022.
7. Qualifiers who fail to submit the requirements on the deadline
will automatically be replaced with the students in the waitlist.

Calling the attention to all Non-RS Completer G11 Qualifiers who have not undergone an interview, please book your appointment for the interview as soon as possible.

If you/your child has incomplete requirements, they can still come in for an interview; however, it is advised that they bring a photocopy of the latest copy of their missing documents to the interview.
