KAISA Region 9 BPO and PPO Orientation - Dumingag, Zamboanga del Sur

Seventy-eight (78) Punong Barangays, Barangay Kagawads, and Appointed Barangay Officials from the barangays of New Basak, Datu Tutukan, Caridad, Bucayan, Sunop, Ditulan, and Dilud in the Municipality of Dumingag, Zamboanga del Sur participated in the KAISA – Kay Inday Sara Orientation held on July 26, 2026, at the New Basak Convention Hall.

The orientation was facilitated by KAISA National Core and Legal Adviser Atty. Clyde Naong, Regional Political Officer Fe Gallemit-Ibanez, Provincial Political Officer Raymond Acopiado, and Municipal Political Officer Erlindo Alliocod, who presented the mission, vision, and objectives of KAISA while emphasizing the importance of unity, grassroots empowerment, and active community participation.

The participating barangay officials headed by KAISA Zamboanga del Sur District 1 Political Officer Nicanor Laride and BPO Porferio Espinosa, expressed their commitment to strengthen KAISA at the grassroots level by building stronger community partnerships, promoting unity and people-centered leadership.

July 22, 2026 | Iligan City — The Office of the Vice President (OVP) CARAGA Satellite Office extended relief assistance to 86 families affected by the recent fire incidents in Barangay Tambacan, Iligan City under the leadership of Barangay Captain Engr. Mae Labra.
