📚 EMPOWERING YOUNG MINDS | SCHOOL SUPPLIES DISTRIBUTION

A meaningful School Supplies Distribution Program was successfully conducted today at Comaguingking Elementary School, providing assistance to a total of 320 student-beneficiaries from Barangay Comaguingking.

This initiative was made possible through the Special Appropriation of Hon. Danilo Bolaños, Punong Barangay, and Hon. Jude N. Macasaya, SK Chairman, with the support and cooperation of the Barangay Council, Sangguniang Kabataan, and R-PSB Comaguingking.

Our sincere appreciation goes to the Faculty and Staff of Comaguingking Elementary School, headed by Jomar Navaro, OIC-School Head, for their warm support and cooperation. We also thank the R-PSB Comaguingking, headed by PMSg Antonio B. Tusoc, Team Leader, for their active participation and support.

This program reflects our shared commitment to supporting education and empowering the young learners of our community. May these school supplies help our students in their studies and remind them that their community believes in their dreams.

Bringing government services closer to the community! 🤝

The **PNP–R-PSB Team Comaguingking**, in partnership with the **Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA)**, invites residents to participate in the **PhilSys ID Registration Caravan** and take an important step toward securing their National ID.

📅 **August 28, 2026 (Friday)**
🕗 **8:00 AM**
📍 **Barangay Comaguingking, Calabanga, Camarines Sur**

Residents are encouraged to bring at least one or ANY valid identification and/or supporting document, such as a **PSA/LCR Certificate of Live Birth, Philippine Passport/ePassport, UMID Card, Driver’s License/Student Permit,** or other **PSA-accepted government-issued documents**.

👨‍👩‍👧 **For minors:** Bring the child’s supporting document, along with the parent/guardian’s PhilID/ePhilID or National ID and proof of relationship, when applicable.

A productive Regular Session was conducted today, focusing on important matters concerning Barangay Comaguingking.

One of our personnel joined the session under the leadership of PMSg Antonio Tosoc of Camarines Sur 1st PMFC/R-PSB Team Comaguingking, who actively listened and shared valuable insights during the discussion.

The session also included preparations for the upcoming Fiesta Celebration, highlighting the importance of unity, coordination, and cooperation among everyone.

🏀 PROJECT UPDATE | ZONE 4 COMAGUINGKING

HALF-COURT PROJECT — APPROVED!

A meaningful accomplishment for the youth of Zone 4, Barangay Comaguingking.

Today, we had the opportunity to personally discuss with Mayor Philip B. Dumalasa our proposed Half-Court Construction Project for Zone 4, Comaguingking. We are grateful to share that the project has been approved, with the remaining requirement being the identification and preparation of the necessary construction materials and equipment.

This initiative aims to provide the youth and residents of Zone 4 with a safe and accessible space for sports, recreation, and community activities.

To all participants attending tomorrow's Theoretical Driving Course (TDC), please prepare the following requirements:

📌 TDC REQUIREMENTS

✅ LTO Client ID / LTMS Portal Account

Create an account through the LTO LTMS Portal.
Log in and complete your profile before the seminar to avoid delays. Make sure all required information is filled in, including:
Address
Civil Status
Birthplace
Emergency Contact Number
Other required personal details
📌 STUDENT PERMIT REQUIREMENTS

Please bring one (1) photocopy of any of the following:
✅ PSA Birth Certificate OR
✅ National ID OR
✅ Passport OR
✅ PSA Marriage Certificate (for married applicants)

Also prepare:
✅ One (1) photocopy of a valid ID with photo and signature.
Accepted IDs include:

National/Government-issued Valid ID
Barangay Certificate with a printed photo
Valid School ID

✅ Student Permit Application Form

This will be provided on the day of the seminar during registration.
Please accomplish the form completely.

✅ Medical Certificate

Must be issued by an LTO-accredited medical clinic only.
An accredited LTO medical team will also be available at the venue.
📌 ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

For Married Women

One (1) photocopy of a PSA-issued Marriage Certificate

For Minors (17 years old and below)

Signed Parent's Consent authorizing the application for a Student Permit
One (1) photocopy of the valid ID of the parent/guardian who signed the consent

🟢 The TDC Seminar is FREE.

For those who wish to proceed with their Student Permit application tomorrow, the following fees apply:

💵 Student Permit Fee – ₱250
💵 Medical Certificate – ₱500
📢 IMPORTANT REMINDER

Participants who are ready to apply for their Student Permit may proceed with processing immediately after tomorrow's seminar.

The wait is over! The LTO Mobile Registration is pushing through as scheduled on July 25, 2026 (Saturday) from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM at the Brgy. Comaguingking Covered Court.

This activity is exclusively for residents of Brgy. Comaguingking. Kindly bring your Valid ID and Birth Certificate (original or photocopy) to ensure a smooth and hassle-free registration process.
