Bilang Board of Director ng Philippine Councilors League Bicol Region tayo po ay dumalo sa isinagawang pagpupulong noong nakaraang Agosto 14, 2026 sa Camarines Norte. Masaya po tayong nakausap ang ating National President Benjie Abalos III at ang iba pang mga opisyal ng PCL.

Bilang PCL National Chairman on Legal Affairs masaya po tayong maging parte ng Memorandum of Agreement ng Philippine Councilors League at Integrated Bar of the Philippines sa pagtatag ng Legal Desk sa mga syudad at munisipyo na may layunin na tulungan ang ating mga kababayan.

Nagpapasalamat po tayo sa ating PCL President abalos III at PCL National Chairman Atty. Raul R. Corro, DPA sa kanilang magandang ideya. Masaya din po tayo na makausap ang ating mga IBP Officials sa pangunguna ni IBP President Atty. Allan G. Panolong at Executive Vice President Atty. Randall C. Tabayoyong.

Not every talented Filipino child has the resources to train overseas. The Philippines still needs more world-class training facilities, elite coaching programs, and a genuine pathway for young athletes to reach the international stage.

That is why I would like to invite private corporations, sports organizations, investors, and individuals who share this vision to partner with the Provincial Government of Camarines Sur.

As part of our CamSur Uptown development, we are prepared to allocate land for the establishment of a world-class Tennis Academy—one that can nurture future Filipino champions and provide deserving young athletes with opportunities that many currently do not have.

Let us transform Alex Eala’s success into a movement.
