Heads up EPS applicants!

Sa mga may READY PASSPORT na po, please read

1. Visit DMW (POEA) announcement here:https://www.dmw.gov.ph/resources/dsms/DMW/Externals/2022/EPS-ADVISORY-08-2022.pdf

2. Save the following dates:

Batch 1: August 10 – 12, 2022 from 8:00am to 5:00pm
open for the first 8,000 applicants only

Batch 2: August 17 – 19, 2022 from 8:00am to 5:00pm
open for the first 12,000 applicants only

3. Applicants should fill-up all relevant data fields requested by the system and must attached
the following:

3.1. Scanned copy the first page of the passport (data page only)
o JPG Format
o Size: 1MB
Note: Pictures taken through cameras or smartphone will be
rejected
3.2. ID picture in accordance with the Detail Picture Regulation of Korea:
o Only white background (colored background is not acceptable)
o Size: 3.5cm x 4.5cm; 100 up to 300 pixel and maximum of 15kb
o JPG Format

REMINDERS: Para po sa scanned copy ng passport at pictures nyo, pumunta sa pinakamalapit na photo studio, ipakita ang sizes na nasa "No. 3" tapos ipa save sa USB. Kailangan pong masecure nyo ang mga yan before the registration day. Take note that "REGISTRATION IS ON FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE BASIS"

Mahalagang paalala mula sa HRD Korea at POEA para sa mga paparating sa Korea under EPS.

ADVISORY
EPS REGULAR AND SINCERE WORKERS

Please be informed that we received emails from HRDKorea and the EPS Center Philippines regarding the new policies on the entry of EPS workers in Korea starting April 1, 2022:

For EPS workers with COVID 19 WHO approved booster shot, or those with WHO approved second vaccine shot administered within the 180 day period but not less than 14 days prior to visa application, the following shall apply:

1. All Regular Workers arriving in Korea shall undergo four (4) day quarantine period

2. All Sincere Workers arriving in Korea shall undergo three (3) day quarantine

3. If the final date of quarantine is a Saturday or a Sunday, 1 or 2 days will be added to quarantine period.

HRDKorea is requesting all workers to be vaccinated 3 times ( 1st and 2nd vaccine shots plus booster) before they can be allowed to be process for departure.

We also received an advisory from EPS Center that all incoming passengers need to have QR code (http://cov19ent.kdca.go.kr/cpassportal/) before departure and if the worker does not have booster shot or if the 2nd vaccine shot is over 180 days, the worker can not have QR code and will be restricted to board.
