Today, we honor our dedicated Chaplains of the Bureau of Fire Protection who faithfully serves not only as Priests of God, but also as Spiritual Guides and Companions of the BFP Community.

Through your prayers, guidance, and pastoral presence, you continue to strengthen the faith of our firefighters and personnel, reminding us that alongside courage in service, we also draw strength from God.

Thank you for being our shepherds in faith. May the Lord continue to bless you with wisdom, good health, and renewed strength as you faithfully carry out your priestly ministry.

𝐁𝐈𝐁𝐋𝐄 𝐕𝐄𝐑𝐒𝐄 𝐂𝐈𝐓𝐀𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍
“As the Father has sent me, so I send you.” — John 20:21 (NABRE)

𝗦𝗘𝗡𝗧 𝗜𝗡𝗧𝗢 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗦𝗠𝗢𝗞𝗘
Before the siren wails…
Before the boots hit the pavement…
Before the hose unrolls, God has already sent you.
Mondays are not just the start
of a workweek for a firefighter.
Mondays are a re-commissioning.
A fresh "Go" from Heaven to every bumbero who dares to run toward what others run from.

𝗧𝗵𝗿𝗲𝗲 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗸𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗮 𝗠𝗶𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗲𝗱 𝗙𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗳𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁𝗲𝗿
1. 𝘼 𝙈𝙞𝙨𝙨𝙞𝙤𝙣 𝙞𝙨 𝙍𝙚𝙘𝙚𝙞𝙫𝙚𝙙, 𝙉𝙤𝙩 𝙄𝙣𝙫𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙚𝙙.
You did not choose this calling on a whim. God placed the fire of service in your heart long before you wore the uniform. Wear it today knowing you are sent, not just employed.

2. 𝘼 𝙈𝙞𝙨𝙨𝙞𝙤𝙣 𝘿𝙚𝙢𝙖𝙣𝙙𝙨 𝙍𝙚𝙖𝙙𝙞𝙣𝙚𝙨𝙨.
Jesus did not send His disciples to comfort. He sent them to go. Check your gear, yes — but also check your soul. A ready heart saves more lives than a ready hose.

3. 𝘼 𝙈𝙞𝙨𝙨𝙞𝙤𝙣 𝙞𝙨 𝘽𝙞𝙜𝙜𝙚𝙧 𝙏𝙝𝙖𝙣 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙁𝙞𝙧𝙚.
Every rescue is a sermon. Every act of kindness in uniform preaches Christ louder than words. You are not just fighting flames — you are carrying Light into darkness.

𝐄𝐕𝐄𝐑𝐘𝐃𝐀𝐘 𝐁𝐈𝐁𝐋𝐄 𝐁𝐋𝐄𝐒𝐒𝐈𝐍𝐆

𝗕𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗙𝗮𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗼 𝗣𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲
𝙎𝙥𝙞𝙧𝙞𝙩-𝙛𝙞𝙡𝙡𝙚𝙙 𝙎𝙪𝙣𝙙𝙖𝙮

𝗕𝗜𝗕𝗟𝗘 𝗩𝗘𝗥𝗦𝗘 𝗖𝗜𝗧𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡 (𝗡𝗔𝗕𝗥𝗘):
"𝘐 𝘸𝘪𝘭𝘭 𝘯𝘰𝘵 𝘭𝘦𝘢𝘷𝘦 𝘺𝘰𝘶 𝘰𝘳𝘱𝘩𝘢𝘯𝘴; 𝘐 𝘸𝘪𝘭𝘭 𝘤𝘰𝘮𝘦 𝘵𝘰 𝘺𝘰𝘶." — 𝗝𝗼𝗵𝗻 𝟭𝟰:𝟭𝟴

𝐑𝐄𝐅𝐋𝐄𝐂𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍:
𝗬𝗢𝗨 𝗪𝗘𝗥𝗘 𝗡𝗘𝗩𝗘𝗥 𝗠𝗘𝗔𝗡𝗧 𝗧𝗢 𝗗𝗢 𝗧𝗛𝗜𝗦 𝗔𝗟𝗢𝗡𝗘
Jesus looked at His disciples and saw future orphans.
So He made a promise: "I will send another Advocate."
The Spirit-filled life begins the moment you realize you were never abandoned.

1️⃣ 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗦𝗽𝗶𝗿𝗶𝘁 𝗟𝗶𝘃𝗲𝘀 𝗜𝗡 𝗬𝗼𝘂, 𝗡𝗼𝘁 𝗝𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝗡𝗘𝗔𝗥 𝗬𝗼𝘂
Jesus said the Spirit of truth "remains with you, and will be in you"—not hovering above like a distant helper but dwelling inside like a permanent resident; the Spirit-filled life isn't an event, it's an address change.

2️⃣ 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗦𝗽𝗶𝗿𝗶𝘁 𝗠𝗮𝗸𝗲𝘀 𝗬𝗼𝘂 𝗥𝗲𝗮𝗱𝘆 𝘁𝗼 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗹𝗮𝗶𝗻 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗛𝗼𝗽𝗲
Peter says, "Always be ready to give an explanation to anyone who asks you for a reason for your hope"—the Holy Spirit doesn't just fill you with fire; He fills you with gentle, clear words when the world asks why you're different.

3️⃣ 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗦𝗽𝗶𝗿𝗶𝘁 𝗧𝘂𝗿𝗻𝘀 𝗖𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝗨𝗽𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲 𝗗𝗼𝘄𝗻 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗝𝗼𝘆
When Philip preached in Samaria, "there was great joy in that city"—then the apostles laid hands and the Holy Spirit fell; Spirit-filled people don't just feel joy privately—they bring it to entire communities.

𝐒𝐏𝐈𝐑𝐈𝐓-𝐅𝐈𝐋𝐋𝐄𝐃 𝐒𝐔𝐍𝐃𝐀𝐘 𝐁𝐋𝐄𝐒𝐒𝐈𝐍𝐆
𝘔𝘢𝘺 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘚𝘱𝘪𝘳𝘪𝘵 𝘰𝘧 𝘵𝘳𝘶𝘵𝘩 𝘥𝘸𝘦𝘭𝘭 𝘪𝘯 𝘺𝘰𝘶 𝘵𝘰𝘥𝘢𝘺—𝘯𝘰𝘵 𝘯𝘦𝘢𝘳 𝘺𝘰𝘶, 𝘯𝘰𝘵 𝘢𝘣𝘰𝘷𝘦 𝘺𝘰𝘶, 𝘣𝘶𝘵 𝘪𝘯 𝘺𝘰𝘶—𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘮𝘢𝘺 𝘺𝘰𝘶𝘳 𝘭𝘪𝘧𝘦 𝘰𝘷𝘦𝘳𝘧𝘭𝘰𝘸 𝘸𝘪𝘵𝘩 𝘫𝘰𝘺 𝘵𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘵𝘳𝘢𝘯𝘴𝘧𝘰𝘳𝘮𝘴 𝘦𝘷𝘦𝘳𝘺 𝘳𝘰𝘰𝘮 𝘺𝘰𝘶 𝘦𝘯𝘵𝘦𝘳.

𝐏𝐔𝐍𝐂𝐇𝐋𝐈𝐍𝐄:
𝗝𝗲𝘀𝘂𝘀 𝗱𝗶𝗱𝗻'𝘁 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗮𝗻 𝗶𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗺𝗮𝗻𝘂𝗮𝗹—𝗛𝗲 𝗹𝗲𝗳𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗮𝗻 𝗔𝗱𝘃𝗼𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗲.

𝐏𝐑𝐀𝐘𝐄𝐑:
Holy Spirit, Advocate, Spirit of truth—live in me, not just near me. I am not an orphan. Fill me with joy, ready my words, and let my life explain my hope with gentleness. Come! Amen.

Panginoon, pagpalain Mo ang bawat ina — ang nagsusuot ng uniporme at ang nagtatago ng luha sa likod ng ngiti — at ingatan Mo sila sa bawat araw na ibinibigay nila ang kanilang sarili para sa iba.

At sa aming mga Nanay, nawa ang pagmamahal na walang tigil na kanilang ibinibigay ay bumalik sa kanila nang sampung ulit, at maramdaman nila lalo ngayong araw na ito, na sila ay mahal, nakikita, at pinahahalagahan ng Diyos at ng lahat. ❤️🌸

𝐑𝐄𝐅𝐋𝐄𝐂𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍:
𝗚𝗢𝗗'𝗦 "𝗡𝗢" 𝗜𝗦 𝗔 𝗥𝗘𝗗𝗜𝗥𝗘𝗖𝗧, 𝗡𝗢𝗧 𝗔 𝗥𝗘𝗝𝗘𝗖𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡
Paul tried Asia, the Spirit said no. He tried Bithynia, blocked again. Two closed doors. One midnight vision. "Come to Macedonia." Surrender means trusting that God's roadblocks are actually reroutes.

1️⃣ 𝗦𝘂𝗿𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝗔𝗰𝗰𝗲𝗽𝘁𝘀 𝗖𝗹𝗼𝘀𝗲𝗱 𝗗𝗼𝗼𝗿𝘀 𝗪𝗶𝘁𝗵𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗕𝗶𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀
Paul didn't argue when the Spirit blocked Asia and Bithynia, he simply changed direction, teaching us that surrendered people don't fight God's "no"; they look for God's "next."

2️⃣ 𝗦𝘂𝗿𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗰𝘁𝘀 𝗛𝗮𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗞𝗲𝗲𝗽𝘀 𝗪𝗮𝗹𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴
Jesus warned, "If the world hates you, realize that it hated me first." Surrender doesn't mean everyone applauds; it means belonging to Christ matters more than belonging to the crowd.

3️⃣ 𝗦𝘂𝗿𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝗙𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗼𝘄𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗩𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻, 𝗡𝗼𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗣𝗹𝗮𝗻
Paul had a strategy but God had a vision of Macedonia; surrender replaces our carefully drawn maps with a willingness to move the moment God speaks, even in the middle of the night.

𝐒𝐔𝐑𝐑𝐄𝐍𝐃𝐄𝐑 𝐒𝐀𝐓𝐔𝐑𝐃𝐀𝐘 𝐁𝐋𝐄𝐒𝐒𝐈𝐍𝐆:
𝘔𝘢𝘺 𝘦𝘷𝘦𝘳𝘺 𝘤𝘭𝘰𝘴𝘦𝘥 𝘥𝘰𝘰𝘳 𝘣𝘦𝘤𝘰𝘮𝘦 𝘢 𝘥𝘪𝘷𝘪𝘯𝘦 𝘳𝘦𝘥𝘪𝘳𝘦𝘤𝘵, 𝘦𝘷𝘦𝘳𝘺 𝘳𝘦𝘫𝘦𝘤𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯 𝘣𝘦𝘤𝘰𝘮𝘦 𝘱𝘳𝘰𝘰𝘧 𝘺𝘰𝘶 𝘣𝘦𝘭𝘰𝘯𝘨 𝘵𝘰 𝘊𝘩𝘳𝘪𝘴𝘵, 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘦𝘷𝘦𝘳𝘺 𝘮𝘪𝘥𝘯𝘪𝘨𝘩𝘵 𝘷𝘪𝘴𝘪𝘰𝘯 𝘣𝘦𝘤𝘰𝘮𝘦 𝘺𝘰𝘶𝘳 𝘯𝘦𝘹𝘵 𝘮𝘪𝘴𝘴𝘪𝘰𝘯.

𝐏𝐔𝐍𝐂𝐇𝐋𝐈𝐍𝐄:
𝗣𝗮𝘂𝗹'𝘀 𝗯𝗹𝗼𝗰𝗸𝗲𝗱 𝗿𝗼𝗮𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝗔𝘀𝗶𝗮 𝗯𝗲𝗰𝗮𝗺𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗻 𝗱𝗼𝗼𝗿 𝘁𝗼 𝗘𝘂𝗿𝗼𝗽𝗲, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗚𝗼𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗹 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗹𝗱.

𝐏𝐑𝐀𝐘𝐄𝐑:
Lord Jesus, I surrender my plans. When doors close, give me grace to turn without bitterness. When the world hates me, remind me I belong to You. Speak in the night—I will go. Amen.
