GENDER AND DEVELOPMENT (GAD) MAINSTREAMING

The MES Family conducted its Gender and Development (GAD) Mainstreaming Activity on September 4–5, 2026, at Laiya Beach Resort, Batangas.

The two-day activity focused on gender equality, gender equity, inclusivity, and gender-responsive practices, providing teachers and school personnel with opportunities to strengthen their knowledge and understanding of GAD and its application in the school setting.

The activity also featured team-building activities that promoted teamwork, cooperation, and camaraderie among the Mayapa ES personnel.

A Coachella-themed night added fun to the experience, giving everyone time to relax, enjoy, and bond as a school family.

Special thanks to our Resource Speakers:
β€’ PSDS Dr. Oscar R. Duma Jr.
β€’ Sir Emmar S. Tandang

Our appreciation also goes to Principal IV Ma’am Sandra B. Estimada and GAD Coordinator, Master Teacher I Mrs. Desiree B. Nazareth, for their leadership and support in making the activity possible.

Special thanks as well to Mr. Jephte E. Mercado for helping make the team-building activities fun and enjoyable.

MAYAPA ES INTRAMURALS 2026

Congratulations, Mayapa ES, for a successful Intramurals 2026! πŸ’™
