๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐-๐๐๐๐, ๐๐๐๐, NFTI Director. The activity was also attended and supported by ๐
๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐ ๐ ๐๐๐๐๐, Chief Tactics. Together, they rise with purpose and continue their journey toward becoming dedicated public servants. The ceremony served as an opportunity to begin the week with renewed purpose while reflecting on values that continue to guide the organization in fulfilling its mandate.
Serving as the Troop Information and Education (TI&E) Speaker was Fire Trainee ๐ด๐๐๐๐ ๐ฝ๐๐ฆ ๐ฟ๐๐๐ก๐๐๐๐๐, Bravo Company Commander, who delivered an inspiring and thought-provoking message on the essence of leadership. Quoting, ๐ฟ๐๐๐๐๐๐ โ๐๐ ๐๐ ๐๐๐ก ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐ฆ ๐๐๐๐ ๐๐ ๐๐๐ ๐๐ก๐๐๐, ๐๐ข๐ก ๐๐ฆ ๐กโ๐ ๐ค๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐ ๐ก๐ ๐ ๐๐๐ฃ๐, ๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐, ๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐ ๐๐ฆ ๐๐ฅ๐๐๐๐๐.โ he emphasized that true leadership is rooted in integrity and selfless service.
In his address, fire trainee Lintongan highlighted that effective leadership is not defined by authority or position, but by one's actions, commitment to excellence, and ability to motivate others toward a common purpose. His message encouraged fellow trainees to lead by example, uphold the highest standards of professionalism, and remain steadfast in their dedication to public service.
In recognition of his exemplary presentation and the positive impact of his message, a ๐๐ฆ๐ฅ๐ข๐ญ๐บ๐ข ๐ฏ๐จ ๐๐ข๐ฑ๐ถ๐ณ๐ช was conferred upon fire trainee Lintongan as a commendation for his outstanding contribution to the Troop Information and Education program.
Also highlighted during the program was the presentation of commendations and merit awards to deserving trainees in recognition of their exceptional dedication, active participation, and valuable contributions to various institutional activities and programs.
Among those recognized were the members of the ๐๐ช๐ญ๐ฆ๐ฏ๐ต ๐๐ณ๐ช๐ญ๐ญ๐ฆ๐ณ๐ด ๐ข๐ฏ๐ฅ ๐๐ข๐ฏ๐ค๐ฆ ๐๐ณ๐ช๐จ๐ข๐ฅ๐ฆ, whose outstanding performances contributed to the success of the Recognition Rites of Class โSARAG-TALAS.โ Special recognition was also given to the ๐ด๐๐ก๐๐ ๐๐๐๐ฃ๐๐๐ for their commitment and reverence in assisting during every Holy Mass attended by the fire trainees at the Carmelite Nuns of the Holy Trinity, Kawa-kawa Hill, Ligao, City. Their faithful service reflected the values of spirituality, discipline, and devotion upheld by the institute. In addition, awards were conferred upon the ๐๐๐๐๐ก๐ ๐ถ๐๐๐๐๐ก๐ก๐๐, ๐๐๐ ๐๐๐ ๐ก ๐๐๐๐ข๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐ฆ๐๐๐ (๐๐๐๐ ) for their remarkable achievements and contributions during the Sportsfest. ๐ธ๐โ๐ ๐ถ๐๐๐๐๐๐ฆ ๐๐๐ ๐น๐๐ฅ๐ก๐๐๐ก ๐ถ๐๐๐๐๐๐ฆ were likewise honored as the Overall Champions, demonstrating exceptional teamwork, sportsmanship, and competitive excellence throughout the event.
