Position: E-COATING SUPERVISOR
Duties and Responsibilities:
Oversee electrocoating operations, ensuring quality, safety and efficiency in applying protective coatings to manufactured parts. The role requires strong leadership, technical knowledge of coating processes and compliance with environmental and safety standards
• Production Oversight: Manage daily electrocoating operations, including surface preparation, coating application, curing and inspection
• Quality Control: Ensure coating thickness, adhesion and finish meet company and client specifications
• Team Supervision: Lead and train operators on proper coating techniques, equipment uses and safety protocols
• Equipment Maintenance: Schedule and oversee preventive maintenance of coating lines, tanks and curing ovens
• Safety & Compliance: Enforce workplace safety standards and ensure compliance with environmental regulations for waste disposal and chemical handling
• Process Improvement: Monitor production data, identify inefficiencies and implement corrective actions
• Reporting & Documentation: Maintain records of materials usage, production output and employee schedules

Qualifications:
• Graduate of Chemical Engineering
• 3-5 years of experience in Coating Operations, with at least 2 years in a Supervisory role
• Expertise in electrocoating process, chemical handling and coating equipment operation
• Strong ability to train, motivate and manage production teams
• Capable of interpreting production data, troubleshooting process issues and ensuring efficiency
• Safety training (OSHA or equivalent), environmental compliance and quality management certifications are advantageous

Duties and Responsibilities:

• In-charge in government loan monitoring and certification

Qualifications:

Position: MACHINE MAINTENANCE ENGINEER
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Daily routine, monitoring the running condition of machinery
• Do Preventive Maintenance activities of machinery
• Do daily reporting of activities
• In-charge of machine repair (electrical & mechanical, pneumatic & hydraulic)
• Execute the Job request form given by the production
• Report any abnormalities regarding the machinery
• Assist FE group on machinery troubleshooting, PM activities and the like
• Production operation
* Operate equipment safely and effectively
* Conduct visual inspection of product before processing and proceeding to next process
* Conduct DPM/machine inspection to identify abnormalities in the machinery

Qualifications:

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Process evaluation: Assess existing manufacturing processes and identify areas for improvement
• System design: Plan and implement equipment layouts and production workflows
• Efficiency improvement: Develop strategies to reduce costs and increase productivity
• Quality control: Establish and monitor procedures to ensure product consistency
• Risk assessment: Conduct simulations and evaluate safety/environmental compliance

Qualifications:

• Scheduling shifts and workers to provide proper coverage

Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for inspecting and verifying parts/products using CMM (Carl Zeiss) equipment to ensure they meet engineering specifications and quality standards
• Inspect parts using CMM machines, calipers, micrometers, height gauges and other measuring tools
• Verify dimensions, tolerances and product specifications against engineering drawings
• Setup and operate Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM)
• Run measurement programs and analyze inspection results
• Perform routine calibration checks and basic maintenance of measuring equipment
• Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints and GD&T(Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing) requirements
• Ensure products conform to customer and company specifications
• Record inspection results accurately in quality reports or quality management systems
• Prepare inspection reports, non-conformance reports (NCRs) and corrective action documentation
• Segregate defective materials or products
• Report quality issues to supervisors and production teams
• Assist in root cause analysis and corrective actions

Position: STAMPING MOLD MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Hands on mold repair, can read engineering drawings, with stamping progressive die set experience
• Knowledgeable in mold repair and preventive maintenance
• Assist production and in-charge during mold set-up after repair and check the product result
• Knowledgeable for the fabrication of mold spare parts and accessories
• Monitoring and maintaining running mold in condition
• Knowledgeable for safe keeping of tools and measuring equipment
Qualifications:
• College Level / Vocational graduate
• With at least 2 years experience related in mold maintenance
• Experience in stamping process is an advantage
