Qualifications:
• Preferably with high school diploma or equivalent
• Previous housekeeping, janitorial, or cleaning experience is an advantage

• Ability to operate cleaning machines such as vacuums, floor cleaners, and steam cleaners
• Physically fit and able to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods

Position: MULTI-SKILLED TECHNICIAN
Qualifications:
• Preferably with high school diploma or technical/vocational certification in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, or related field
• Proven experience in building maintenance, facility maintenance, or multi-skilled technician work
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and civil maintenance systems
• Ability to diagnose and repair maintenance issues efficiently and safely
• Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance procedures and safety standards
• Ability to perform minor repairs such as fixing leaks, replacing fixtures, and repairing doors or furniture
• Basic understanding of electrical systems, lighting, and power supply maintenance
• Ability to read and follow maintenance schedules, manuals, and work orders
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Physically fit and able to lift, climb ladders, bend, and work in different environments

Qualifications:

• Ability to follow safety procedures and enforce pool rules effectively
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Physically fit and able to work outdoors for extended periods
• Ability to lift and arrange pool furniture and equipment when required
• Strong attention to cleanliness, hygiene, and detail
• Ability to respond calmly and professionally in emergency situations

Qualifications:

• Ability to conduct routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and minor repairs

Position: GROUNDS MAINTENANCE
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in landscaping or horticulture is an advantage
• Basic knowledge of plant care, grass cutting, and pruning
• Knowledge of proper waste disposal and housekeeping practices
• Ability to use manual and power tools safely
• Familiarity with safety procedures and proper PPE usage
• Basic troubleshooting of equipment is an advantage
• Experience in grounds keeping, landscaping, gardening, or maintenance work is preferred but not required
• Willingness to learn and undergo training in operating grass cutters, hedge trimmers, and other landscaping tools
• Physically fit and able to perform outdoor work in various weather conditions
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good time management and attention to detail
Position: ASSISTANT BUILDING ENGINEER
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field
• Relevant experience in building operations, facility management, or maintenance engineering is an advantage
• Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, and building systems
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, plans, and schematics
• Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and maintenance standards
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to supervise maintenance staff and coordinate repair works
• Experience in preventive maintenance planning and implementation
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Computer literacy and familiarity with building management systems (BMS) is an advantage

Position: HOUSEKEEPING SUPERVISOR
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in housekeeping, building maintenance, or facility supervision is required

• Knowledge of front desk operations including visitor logging, inquiry handling, and basic administrative tasks
• Ability to monitor and maintain proper lobby order, cleanliness, and presentation standards
• Proficient in handling phone calls, emails, and coordination with PMO and security personnel
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks such as guest assistance and record keeping
• Attention to detail in visitor registration, incident reporting, and documentation
• Ability to remain calm and professional when handling complaints or difficult situations
• Good computer literacy (MS Office, email systems, and logbook/visitor management systems if applicable)
• Willingness to undergo training related to front desk operations, security coordination, and customer service standards

Position: PRODUCTION OPERATOR
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or vocational/technical training is preferred
• Previous experience as a production operator is preferred
• Ability to follow standard operating procedures (SOP) and work instructions strictly
• Basic knowledge of production processes, machinery, or assembly line operations
• Physically fit and able to stand for long hours and perform repetitive tasks
• Good attention to detail to ensure product quality and accuracy
