Hindi lahat ng produktong sakop ng RA11900 ay may pare-parehong packaging at labeling requirements. Depende sa uri ng produkto, may kombinasyon ng maaaring kailanganin ang Graphic Health Warning, Fiscal Marking at PS Certification Mark/ICC Mark.​
Mahalagang malaman ang mga kinakailangang marking para matukoy kung sumusunod sa itinakdang requirements ang isang produkto at makilala ang mga posibleng paglabag sa batas.​
Kung may makita kang produktong maaaring hindi sumusunod sa required packaging at labeling requirements, i-report ito sa [email protected].​

On September 1, 2026, the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) Region 4-A – Consumer Protection Division (CPD) conducted a Private Emission Testing Center (PETC) inspection in Bauan, Batangas.

The inspection aimed to verify compliance with applicable technical and regulatory requirements and ensure that PETCs are operating in accordance with established standards. This activity reflects DTI Region 4-A’s continuing commitment to promoting consumer safety, fair business practices, and compliance with trade and industry regulations across CALABARZON.

Through regular price tag monitoring, DTI Region 4-A works to ensure that consumers are provided with accurate and visible price information before making their purchases. The activity supports the promotion of fair trade practices and strengthens consumer protection efforts across CALABARZON.

DTI Cavite have been conducting regular price and supply monitoring activities in various areas across the province to check the prices and supply of basic necessities.
DTI Cavite reminds retailers to comply with the prevailing prices of basic necessities and encourages consumers to remain vigilant and report instances of unreasonable price increases or other violations of fair trade laws.
