Compliant Coconut Farmers’ Cooperatives (CFCs) from the Provinces of Laguna and Rizal are currently participating in a Leadership and Values Formation Seminar at Hotel Amihan, San Jose Malamig, San Pablo City, Laguna.

The seminar is being facilitated by Fr. Mark Benedicto and is attended by 47 cooperative members and officers representing 10 primary cooperatives. This meaningful gathering aims to strengthen leadership, values, unity, and commitment to cooperative development and service.

The Pagpapaunlad ng mga Mamamayan sa Nayon Development Cooperative Federation (PAMANA DCF), in coordination with the Cooperative Development Authority (CDA) CALABARZON, is conducting the Conflict Management Training for Mediation-Conciliation Practitioners at the
PAMANA DCF Conference Hall, Silang, Cavite.

This three-day seminar aims to equip cooperative leaders and members with essentials skills to become mediators-conciliators to empower cooperatives to resolve internal disputes swiftly, practice early intervention, and maintain long-term operational harmony.

Leading the Conflict Management Training as resource speakers are Atty. August Owen Magdato, Atty. Donnavelle Manalo and Ms. Danica Real-Dela Roca who generously share their expertise and experience in the discussions on conflict management, the conciliation and mediation process, emphasizing early intervention, effective communication and different mediation techniques.

Through continuous capacity building initiatives, the CDA remains steadfast in empowering cooperatives to foster unity, resolve conflict internally, and drive sustainable growth.

This Manual serves as a reference in the development and implementation of your cooperative's Financial Consumer Protection Policies and Procedures, in accordance with Republic Act No. 11765 (Financial Products and Services Consumer Protection Act) and its implementing rules and regulations under CDA Memorandum Circular No. 2023-14. The Cooperative Development Authority Region IV-A Extension Office, through the Coconut Farmers and Industry Development Plan (CFIDP), is currently conducting a Strategic Planning Seminar for seven (7) compliant Coconut Farmers Cooperatives from District 3 of Quezon Province at Ouan's Worth Farm and Family Resort Corporation, Km 113 Diversion Road, Kanlurang Mayao, Lucena City from July 15 to July 16, 2026.

The cooperatives participating are:
