The City Government of Calapan, through the City Economic Enterprise Department (CEED) in partnership with the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) Oriental Mindoro and City Health and Sanitation Department (CHSD), conducted a Food Safety Seminar on July 9 (Thursday) at the Calapan City Convention Center in Tawiran, Calapan City. The seminar was actively attended by restaurant operators in the public market and night market vendors. The training was intended to equip the food handlers with the standards of food handling, proper hygiene, and public health to ensure a safer, cleaner, and healthier dining experience for all their patrons.
