The Office of the Regional Comptrollership Division (ORCD), under the leadership of PCOL RANDY M MALUYO, kicked off the new year with a meaningful Spiritual Wellness and Inspiration Morning (SWIM) session on January 7, 2026, at about 11:30 AM. The event, facilitated by Pastor Ding Pama, a dedicated Life Coach of PRO MIMAROPA, brought the ORCD team together for an uplifting morning of faith and inspiration, as they reflected on the word of God and its application in their lives and work.
