We officially kicked off ๐๐๐๐๐: ๐๐๐ก๐๐ง๐๐ง ๐ง๐ ๐๐๐ฒ๐๐ง - ๐ ๐๐ฎ๐ฌ๐๐ฎ๐ฆ ๐๐ฎ๐ซ๐๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง ๐๐ซ๐๐ข๐ง๐ข๐ง๐ today. This immersive 2-day training forms part of the Travel Oriental Mindoro: More to Explore, More to Love campaign, proudly celebrating Tourism Month 2026.
Running from August 31 to September 1 across Feraren Hills Resort and the Oriental Mindoro Heritage Museum in Calapan City, the program serves as a cornerstone capacity-building initiative by the Provincial Tourism Office (PTourismO) to equip our City and Municipal Tourism Officers, cultural workers, and members of the academe with the vital skills needed for the creation, development, and curation of local museums throughout the province.
โDr. Don Stepherson V. Calda, Provincial Tourism Officer, warmly welcomed the delegates during the opening session, highlighting the core objectives of the training and the collective mission to safeguard Oriental Mindoro's rich cultural heritage.
