Solusyong Pang-arkitektura Laban sa Baha: Silipin kung paano gumagana ang "Stormwater Detention Tank" o cistern sa ilalim ng lupa na nagpapanatiling flood-free sa isang simbahan sa Dagupan City. Sa sukat na 6m x 60m x 3m, kaya nitong mag-imbak ng hanggang 1,080 kubikong metro ng tubig-baha bago ito dahan-dahang i-bomba palabas. Dagdag pa rito ang mataas na hump sa main gate para sa solidong proteksyon! 🌧️⛪

Disenyong May Malasakit at Katalinuhan: Hindi lang pananampalataya, kundi engineering din ang sandata laban sa baha! Dahil sa malaking stormwater detention tank sa ilalim ng lupa at sa mataas na hump sa main gate, ligtas at tuyo na ang simbahang Katoliko sa Dagupan City kahit bumuhos ang malakas na ulan. Isang magandang halimbawa ng kahandaan sa kalamidad. 🙌 Let's invest in long-term solutions!

As of August 9, 2026, severe flooding has submerged in Calasiao, Pangasinan, triggered by the combined forces of Tropical Storm Maymay and the southwest monsoon (Habagat).

As of today, August 6, 2026 portions of the Dagupan–Calasiao Road and Caranglaan-Mayombo area are dealing with gutter-deep to foot-deep floodwaters due to the enhanced habagat and rising river levels. Passable for most vehicles but drive with extreme caution!"
