The City Youth Development Office (CYDO) appeared on Northwest Samar State University’s (NWSSU) 89.5 Kauswagan Radio program, Youth Connect, to discuss local youth programs and leadership initiatives for young Calbayognons. The CYDO expressed gratitude to the NWSSU Campus Radio Station and the Development Communication student hosts for the opportunity, reaffirming its commitment to collaborating with the local academe to empower the youth of Calbayog City.

The SK Federation welcomed CLGOO Atty. Begie Lucenecio during its 2nd Quarter Assembly held at the Convention Center in Barangay Capoocan. Atty. Lucenecio discussed DILG MC No. 2026-021, which pertains to the inventory and turnover of Barangay and SK properties, financial records, documents, and money accountabilities.

​The assembly was presided over by the SK Federation President, Honorable RG Grotes. Other items on the agenda included the One Values Program, discussed by Ms. Jeziel Ampoan (Youth Development Worker of the Samar Provincial Youth, Education, and Sports Development Office); the SK Management System, introduced by Mr. Rocky Gian Calagos; and updates on the SK Compliance and Monitoring Report.
